Roller track hook
The basic connection between roller track and structure: it hooks the roller track onto the Ø 28 mm cross pipes of the frame and locks with a screw. You use it at the head and end of the lane to keep the roller track at the right height and slope.
Why choose it
Roller track hooked on
Holds the roller track on the cross pipe.
Screw fixing
Locks with the screw: the roller track cannot slide out.
Repositionable
Loosen the screw and move the roller track when the lane changes.

Application example
The hook connects the roller track to the structure:
- Head of the lane: on the pipe on the loading side
- End of the lane: on the pipe on the picking side, if no stop is needed

Designing a gravity rack?
Send us the dimensions and weight of the containers and how many lanes you need: we will specify roller tracks, hooks, guides and accessories, with the cutting lengths.
Specifications
The LP-GN01 roller track hook hooks the roller track onto the frame pipes, secured with a screw. The GF28-GXR4 bridge hook attaches it to the pipe with a bridge fitting. The GF28-GXR7-1 end hook attaches the end of the roller track to the pipe. The GF28-GXR6 flexible bridge joins two roller track sections. For the end of the lane there are the high and low stop hooks. We give you the list of the right hooks for your rack.
Usually one per roller section at each hooked end. The exact number depends on lanes and sections: you will find it in the component list we prepare for you.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
