Outer 90° corner connector GF-G
It joins the ends of two Ø 43 pipes in an L-shaped corner, wrapping them from the outside: no pipe protrudes beyond the corner. In the plane of the corner it is very rigid, 170 N·m vertically; sideways it allows 9 N·m, so the structure must be braced. Used for base frames, portals and corners of GF-G structures.
Why choose it
Closed corner
The two ends stay inside the connector: no end caps needed at that point.
Rigid in its plane
170 N·m in vertical bending.
M8 fasteners
Steel screws, 24.9 N·m.

Application example
Used at the corners of GF-G structures.
- Base frames and portals in Ø 43 pipe
- Corners of trolleys and reinforced structures

The 90° connector attaches the end of one pipe to the side of another; the corner connector joins two ends in a closed L-corner, with no pipes protruding.
Sideways it allows only 9 N·m versus 170 N·m in the plane of the corner: lateral thrust requires cross members or diagonal braces.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
