For loaded cantilevers; it also pairs with the GF-G outer 90° connector.

Long 45° brace GF-N
Same principle as the 45° brace, with a longer arm: the joint reaches 95 N·m in bending and 1150 N against slipping. At 300 mm reach that is about 32 kg per arm. It is used for loaded shelves, cantilever surfaces and gantry trolleys; it also works together with the GF-G outer 90° connector.
Why choose it
More than double
95 N·m versus the 40 N·m of the standard brace.
Added to the joint
You fit it under an existing joint.
Also with GF-G
Pairs with the GF-G outer 90° connector.

Application example
Used under the most heavily loaded joints.
- Loaded cantilever shelves and surfaces
- Gantry trolleys and tall structures
Data and compatibility

| Specification | Value |
|---|---|
| Series | GF-N Ø 28 |
| Type | Long 45° brace (strut under the 90° joint) |
| Compatible with | 90° joints between GF-N Ø 28 pipes; also clamps GF-G Ø 43 pipes, with the GF-G outer 90° connector |
| Material | Die-cast aluminium, aluminium bolt |
| Weight | 156 g |
| Permissible loads | Slip 1150 N · moment 95 N·m |
| Tightening torque | 11 N·m (5 mm hex key) |
| Screw | M6.5 × 18 in aluminium |
| Code | GFJ-D45 |
Load per arm = moment ÷ reach: 95 N·m ÷ 0.3 m ≈ 317 N at 300 mm, ≈ 190 N at 500 mm.

The long one holds more than double in bending (95 N·m versus 40 N·m) but takes up more space under the joint and holds a little less against slipping (1150 N versus 1400 N). Choose the long one for loaded cantilevers, the standard one where less space is needed.
At 300 mm reach about 317 N (32 kg) per arm, at 500 mm about 190 N (19 kg). To check your shelf, send us dimensions and load.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
