The quickest way to make cantilever shelves and arms. Ø 28 and Ø 43 pipes.

45° brace GF-N/G
A 90° joint on its own holds little in bending: 9–11 N·m. The 45° brace fits under the joint, clamps upright and cross member and raises the strength to 40 N·m and 1400 N against slipping. It is the part to use for cantilever shelves, arms and surfaces. It also fits GF-G Ø 43 uprights when the joint is made with the GF-G inner 90° connector.
Why choose it
More heavily loaded cantilevers
With 40 N·m a 300 mm arm carries about 13 kg at its tip.
Added afterwards
You fit it on an existing joint, without dismantling.
Also on GF-G
With the GF-G inner 90° connector it also reinforces Ø 43 joints.

Application example
Fitted under joints that work in bending.
- Cantilever shelves and surfaces
- Tool-holder and monitor arms
- Trolley joints subject to pushing
Data and compatibility

| Specification | Value |
|---|---|
| Series | GF-N Ø 28, usable on GF-G Ø 43 |
| Type | 45° brace (strut under the 90° joint) |
| Compatible with | 90° joints between GF-N Ø 28 pipes; on GF-G Ø 43 pipes with the GF-G inner 90° connector |
| Material | Die-cast aluminium, aluminium bolt |
| Weight | 106 g |
| Permissible loads | Slip 1400 N · moment 40 N·m |
| Tightening torque | 11 N·m (5 mm hex key) |
| Code | GFJ-A15A |
Load per arm = moment ÷ reach: 40 N·m ÷ 0.3 m ≈ 133 N at 300 mm, ≈ 80 N at 500 mm.

Divide 40 N·m by the reach: at 300 mm that is about 133 N (13 kg), at 500 mm about 80 N (8 kg) per arm. For greater loads use the long 45° brace (95 N·m).
On every joint that works in bending: cantilever shelves and surfaces, tool-holder arms, uprights that take side pushes.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
