Outer 90° connector GF-N
The outer 90° connector is the basic connector of the system: the end of the cross member goes into the connector, which wraps around it and clamps the side of the upright with a single bolt. It is wider than the pipe (33 mm) but fits more profiles than the inner one: standard pipe, reinforced T, Hard and C10 slot. With a self-tapping screw in the notch, the pipe can no longer pull out.
Why choose it
Fits more profiles
It mounts on standard pipe, reinforced T, Hard and the profile with C10 slot.
Pull-out lock
With a 4 × 10 self-tapping screw in the notch (Ø 3.5 pilot hole) the pull-out resistance rises from 420 to 1500 N.
A single bolt
Tightened with a 5 mm hex key to 11 N·m and repositioned in seconds.

Application example
The basic connector for pipe frames, shelving and trolleys.
- Uprights and cross members of shelving and flow racks
- Frames of workbenches and workstations
- Bases and shelves of pipe trolleys

The inner one stays flush with the pipe (28 mm): choose it where appearance and the passage of parts and boxes matter. The outer one wraps around the pipe (33 mm) and also fits the T, Hard and C10-slot profiles, where the inner one does not fit. Both hold 800 N against slipping.
You drive a 4 × 10 button-head self-tapping screw into it, after a Ø 3.5 pilot hole in the pipe: the cross member can no longer pull out and the pull-out resistance rises from 420 to 1500 N. Use it where the cross member hangs, for example under a worktop.
Between two GF-N uprights the cross member measures the overall width across the uprights minus 88 mm (44 per side), as with the inner connector: you can switch from one to the other without recutting.
Only with light loads: at the root of an arm the connector allows 11 N·m vertically, just over 3.5 kg at the tip of 300 mm. For loaded cantilevers add a 45° brace under the joint.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
