Inner 90° connector GF-N
This is the 90° connector to choose when appearance matters. It slides into the end of the cross member and clamps the side of the upright: the joint stays 28 mm wide like the pipe, with nothing sticking out. It also suits places where parts or boxes have to pass, for example next to roller tracks.
Why choose it
Nothing protruding
The connector has the same outside dimension as the pipe: a clean structure, with no edges for parts or boxes to catch on.
A single bolt
It is tightened with a 5 mm hex key to 11 N·m; to move it, just loosen it.
Clear permissible loads
800 N against slipping along the upright and 420 N against pull-out.

Application example
The typical connector for benches, shelving and trolleys where the structure must stay clean.
- Cross members of workbenches and workstations
- Shelves of shelving and flow racks, next to roller tracks
- Trolley frames where boxes and containers pass

The inner one stays flush with the pipe (28 mm): choose it where appearance and the passage of parts and boxes matter. The outer one wraps around the pipe (33 mm) and also fits the T, Hard and C10-slot profiles, where the inner one does not fit. Both hold 800 N against slipping.
Only for light loads: at the root of a cantilever arm the connector allows 9 N·m, about 3 kg at the tip of a 300 mm arm. For loaded cantilevers add the 45° brace (40 N·m) or the long 45° brace (95 N·m) under the joint.
Between two GF-N uprights the cross member measures the overall width across the uprights minus 88 mm (44 per side), with both the inner and the outer connector. If the uprights are GF-G Ø 43 pipes subtract 118 mm.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
