KAN-Label Magnetic is a plastic kanban holder with side opening, designed to protect kanban tags and attach them directly to metal containers via high-strength magnets. The 210x80 mm format is compatible with VDA document holders and allows QR code/barcode scanning without removing the insert. Available in 9 colours for immediate visual coding on production lines, supplied in packs of 50 pcs.

On ferrous surfaces: metal machines, containers and racks. Thanks to its two high-force Neodym magnets, ORGATEX also describes it as ideal for uneven or round surfaces such as drums and coils. On plastic containers use the KAN-Label in the label slot.

Yes: the Neodym magnets attract each other, so the sleeves stack on top of one another and are quickly picked up from the kanban board.

210 × 80 format: inner size 200 × 67 mm, outer size 210 × 85 mm. It takes the pre-cut ET670 insert.

Tutte proteggono il cartellino e si leggono con lo scanner. La KAN-Label ha l’inserimento laterale e va nelle sedi porta etichette di KLT ed Eurobox e nelle lavagne kanban. Il KLT-Snapper è in PVC rigido con inserimento dall’alto, per cambiare in fretta l’identificazione sui KLT. Il KAN-Label Magnetico ha magneti al neodimio per macchine, contenitori metallici, fusti e bobine. La KAN-Special ha foro europeo e asola nella testata per appenderla a ganci e staffe.

No: i magneti tengono solo su superfici ferrose. Per i contenitori in plastica con sede porta etichette usa la KAN-Label, per quelli senza sede il Kanban-Cover adesivo.

Sì: si attacca su lavagne e pannelli in acciaio come su qualsiasi superficie ferrosa. Così raccogli i cartellini in lavagna senza toglierli dalla busta.

Sì: le misure esterne di 210 × 85 mm sono adatte ai portadocumenti secondo VDA, quindi la stessa busta va su metallo e nelle sedi dei contenitori.

For label holders, Kanban-Covers and Kanban sleeves there are pre-cut cards on A4 sheets with micro-perforation: they print on any printer and separate without scissors. On the Cardboard product page you will find Word and Excel templates for the formats. Magnetic Windows® and repositionable adhesive windows are written on with non-permanent markers; on writable magnetic labels, writing done with a water-based marker is wiped off with a damp cloth. Anti-Stick label holders serve as a base for printed adhesive labels, which then come off without residue.

Quantities are ordered in packs: the number of pieces is shown in the «Pack» attribute of each product. Document pockets come in packs of 10; previously packs of 50 were shown, so for the same quantity order 5 packs. Label holders usually come in 50 or 100 pieces, KAN-Label and KLT-Snapper Kanban sleeves in 50; for Mega label holders and insert cards the number depends on the format.
