01
Cleaning in controlled-contamination areas
Clean floors without putting the dust you have just removed back into circulation.
The problem
In controlled-contamination departments and corridors, manual cleaning is slow, varies from operator to operator and can stir up dust and particles.
The solution
PUDU cleaning robots with repeatable routes and results, and cleaning maps you can review. HEPA 13 air filters are available for the CC1 Pro, suitable for cleanrooms and high air-quality environments.
CC1 Pro
4-in-1 multifunction robot
Washes, sweeps, vacuums and dusts. The camera recognises stains and checks the result; heat maps and component self-diagnosis.
HEPA 13 filter for CC1 Pro
Exhaust air filtration
Efficiency above 99.95% on 0.3 micron particles: the CC1 Pro meets emission standards for controlled-contamination environments.
ET1
Compact scrubber dryer robot
For laboratories, changing rooms and areas up to 800 m², it passes through 50 cm gaps. The 8-in-1 station recharges, changes the water and washes the roller on its own.

02
Floor zones for material status
See at a glance where the material is and what status it has: on hold, approved, to be rejected.
The problem
Quarantined, approved and rejected materials get mixed up when areas are not clearly delimited; paint requires the department to be shut down.
The solution
ORGATEX LongLife adhesive tapes in 14 colours and two-colour versions to durably delimit storage areas, aisles and workstations with a colour code defined by your quality system.
LongLife Standard
PVC tape for medium traffic
Thickness 0.48 mm, 14 colours and two-colour versions, widths 50, 75 and 100 mm, 50 m rolls. Resists trolleys, abrasion and washing.
LongLife Vector
Polyester tape for heavy traffic
Thickness 0.2 mm for heavily loaded aisles, manoeuvring areas and pallet routes. Also in yellow/black and white/red two-colour versions.

03
Documents, batches and identification
Work orders, batch labels and tags always legible, protected and in the right place.
The problem
Production documents left on machines, tags that get dirty or lost, labels that have to be taken out of the pouch to be read with the scanner.
The solution
ORGATEX transparent document holders and tag holders, scanner-readable, with a closure to protect documents from dirt and dust and colours to distinguish statuses and departments.
Document holders with closure
Hanging
The document stays protected from dirt and dust while it travels with the container. Transparent front readable by scanner, 9 colours.
Kanban-Cover, hanging
For Euroboxes and crates
Hooks onto the container edge without adhesives or magnets; containers remain stackable. Scanner-readable.
Neodym magnetic document holder
On machines and metal surfaces
Two integrated Neodym magnets hold the document firmly even on vibrating machines. A6, A5 and A4 formats, 9 colours.
A4 document pocket
For workstations
Transparent front and coloured back in 8 colours for visual coding of documents at the workstation. Pack of 10.

Organised cleaning with 5S
Every tool has its place and its colour: you immediately see what is missing and where it is used.
The problem
Cleaning tools shared between different areas, left lying around or missing when needed: risk of carrying dirt from one area to another.
The solution
5S cleaning station with outlines for each tool and colour-coded tools (red, yellow, green, blue), to assign a set to each area.
5S cleaning station
Shadow board for tools
Scratch-resistant aluminium composite panel with UV printing; each tool has a fixed place and missing items are immediately visible. Three sizes, customisable layout.
Colour-coded tools
Shovel, broom, brush, scraper
HACCP-compliant cleaning tools in red, yellow, green and blue, to match the 5S station.

05
Stainless steel lifting
Drums, containers and heavy loads brought to the right height, with equipment that can be cleaned like the rest of the department.
The problem
Raw material drums, containers and cartons lifted by hand; painted equipment that deteriorates with sanitisation.
The solution
Edmolift Work Positioner in stainless steel version for pharmaceutical and chemical environments, and AISI 304 stainless steel lift tables.
WP 55
Work positioner up to 55 kg
Steel or stainless steel version, for industrial, food, pharmaceutical and logistics settings. Stroke up to 1,600 mm, 150–250 cycles per charge.
WP 85
Work positioner up to 85 kg
In stainless steel version for food, pharmaceutical or chemical environments. Three column heights, 100–200 cycles per shift.
TLD 1000 SS
Stainless steel vertical platform
Double vertical scissor in AISI 304 stainless steel: capacity 1,000 kg, stroke 1,600 mm, platform 1,300 × 800 mm.
TUB 1000 SS
Low-profile stainless steel platform
AISI 304 stainless steel, minimum height 85 mm, capacity 1,000 kg, platform 1,450 × 1,085 mm.

06
Logistics between warehouse and packaging
Packaging materials and components brought to the line by a robot, with fewer people moving between areas.
The problem
Operators going back and forth between warehouse, weighing and packaging lines, repeatedly crossing areas with different cleanliness requirements.
The solution
PUDU AMR robots that navigate without tapes, QR codes or reflectors and carry loads autonomously, ISO 3691-4 compliant.
T300
AMR robot up to 300 kg
Supplies the lines and takes finished goods to the warehouse. Fits through 60 cm aisles, 1.2 m/s, 12 h of unloaded runtime.
T300L
With lifting module
Slides under dedicated racks and carts, hooks onto them, lifts them up to 300 kg and sets them down at the destination with no operator.
MP2000
Autonomous pallet truck with AI
Recognises pallets and free locations and carries up to 2,000 kg between docks, warehouse and line side. Can be guided by hand when needed.
