Pallets and carts that move on their own
Repetitive shuttles between docks, storage and staging areas are done by a robot; operators stay on checks and loading.
The problem
Forklift drivers and warehouse operators spend hours moving pallets and carts along the same routes, with workload peaks that are hard to cover.
The solution
PUDU AMR robots and autonomous pallet trucks that navigate without tapes, QR codes or reflectors, ISO 3691-4 compliant, for pallets up to 2,000 kg and carts up to 600 kg.

Autonomous pallet truck with AI
Recognises pallets and free locations, inserts the forks in about 20 seconds and carries up to 2,000 kg between docks, warehouse and line side. Can be driven by hand when needed.
T600 Underride
AMR robot up to 600 kg
255 mm high: it slides under the shelves, racks and carts you already use and lifts them from the centre; with the universal bracket it also moves pallets. Supports VDA 5050.

With lifting module
Slides under dedicated racks and carts, hooks onto them, lifts them up to 300 kg and sets them down at the destination with no operator.

Readable locations on the floor and at height
The warehouse operator instantly finds block, aisle and pallet position, and the scanner reads the label first time.
The problem
Floor labels worn away by trucks, aisle numbers hard to see from a distance, block-stacking areas with no references: storage and picking errors.
The solution
ORGATEX LongLife protective screens for floor labels, also in aluminium for heavy traffic, tapes for high-load aisles, and signs and ceiling cubes with custom printing.

Empty pallets and outbound loads
Empty pallets stack themselves and outbound loads are secured in seconds, with no film or strapping.
The problem
Empty pallets stacked by hand or with the forklift, taking up dock space; loads secured with film and strapping, with time and material to dispose of.
The solution
Pallet Buddy, the empty pallet store that loads and unloads them one at a time at floor level, and pallet covers with integrated retractable straps.
