Floor cleaning

The problem
In a food department the floor gets dirty constantly and must be cleaned often: staff hours taken away from production, results that vary from one shift to the next.
The solution
Autonomous floor-scrubbing robots that work at the end of the shift or at night with a repeatable route and result, plus a manual scrubber dryer for corners and cluttered areas.

MT1 sweepers: sub-zero cold stores and broken glass
Where the scrubber cannot go, the robot sweeps: in sub-zero areas and where bottles and glass fragments fall.
Sub-zero areas. MT1 Max works from −10 to +45 °C. The software monitors the battery temperature: if it is too low, the robot waits for it to return to the correct value before restarting.
Bottles and broken glass. MT1 sweeps dry and recognises waste with its AI cameras: it collects glass fragments in the 35 L bin, without an operator having to touch them.

Floor marking for cold stores
Aisles, locations and hazard zones readable even at very low temperatures.
The problem
Standard floor markings peel off with the cold, washdowns and passing trucks; paint requires the cold store to be shut down.
The solution
ORGATEX LongLife Cold Performance: tapes, symbols and PVC shields with acrylic adhesive for cold stores and storage down to −20 °C. They can be applied in the cold and withstand forklifts, abrasion and washdowns.

Anti-slip for hygienic areas
Fewer falls on wet floors, without creating spots that are hard to clean.
The problem
Floors that are often wet and washed frequently: standard abrasive anti-slip products trap dirt and are hard to sanitise.
The solution
