01
Heavy parts at the bench, without lifting them by hand
Castings, shafts, housings and subassemblies arrive at working height and are turned with the remote control.
The problem
Parts of 20 to 100 kg lifted by hand or with a hoist to load them onto benches and machines: long cycle times, backs at risk, parts that get knocked about.
The solution
Electric Work Positioners with grippers, platforms and interchangeable chucks, and lift tables with tilt for assembly workstations.
WP 125
Work Positioner up to 125 kg
Electric, battery-powered: three strokes up to 2,050 mm, 120 mm/s, handle with integrated remote control; in steel or stainless steel.
100 kg electric gripper
Gripping the part from the WP
In stainless steel, to position parts up to 100 kg; compatible with WP 125 and WP 205. A version with rotation is also available.
V-platform with rollers
For cylindrical parts
800 × 550 mm, in steel or stainless steel: the rollers let the load slide and be repositioned on the platform.
ART 750 ArmLift
Lift table with tilt
Up to 750 kg, 550 mm stroke, 1,000 × 1,300 mm platform that tilts from +5° to −40° for picking and assembly.

Pallets, bins and floor-level loads at working height
The bin rises and tilts towards the operator; the pallet is loaded directly with the pallet truck.
The problem
Operators bent over the bottom of bins and pallets to pick parts, heavy loads moved by hand between machine and bench.
The solution
Pallet lifters and tilters, scissor lift tables, including for long loads, and battery-powered scissor lift carts.
TSLN 1503
40° lifter and tilter
A single central leg: free space on three sides. Loaded with a manual pallet truck, maximum working height 970 mm.
TM 1500
1,500 kg scissor table
Minimum height 230 mm for floor loading, 1,100 mm stroke: the load reaches the right height for the operator.
TLH 6000
Double horizontal scissor
6,000 kg on a 2,600 × 800 mm platform, minimum height 250 mm: for long, heavy assemblies and semi-finished parts.
EZ 1001B
Battery-powered scissor lift cart
1,000 kg, 900 × 800 mm platform, 600 mm stroke: positions the load at variable height without external power.

Milk run: lines supplied on a fixed round
A tugger train brings pallets, cages and KLT to the line in a single round, with no forklifts in the department.
The problem
Forklifts circulating between lines carrying one pallet at a time, dangerous crossings with pedestrians and material arriving late.
The solution
LiftLiner® K.Hartwall: bays that lift the cart in under 3 seconds, loading and unloading from both sides; lifting arms to unload at the right height at the machine.
LiftLiner
Patented tugger train
Up to 8 carts per round, 1,000 kg per bay; hitches to the electric tractor, including AGVs, and travels at up to 8 km/h.
LL cart
LiftLiner pallet carrier
Pallets, crates or KLT: push it into the bay and the LiftLiner takes it to the line. 1,000 kg, three sizes, stackable when empty.
ARZ 750 Armlift
Unloading at the machine
750 kg, 550 mm stroke, platform that tilts from +5° to −40° to unload containers ergonomically.
Taxi Liner
3 bays for 600×400 dollies
Take the dolly you need without uncoupling the others; 750 kg, up to 2,250 kg per train.

Custom line side and supermarkets
FIFO racks, roller conveyors and karakuri built around the part and the workstation, and modified when the product changes.
The problem
Standard racking that does not follow the line, containers picked from the bottom, replenishment that interrupts the operator.
The solution
Green Frame: tube cut to size, gravity roller conveyors and karakuri mechanisms that return empties without motors; floor FIFO lanes for carts.
Green Frame
Aluminium tubing from SUS
Ø 28, 19 and 43 mm profiles and connectors: benches, racks and carts with no welding or painting.
Gravity roller conveyors
FIFO racks
Roller sections, guides and accessories: the full container moves down to the operator, the empty one returns.
Moving elements and karakuri
Movements without motors
Rotating and sliding connectors, pulleys, springs, anti-return devices and rollers for karakuri mechanisms.
FIFO Monorail 55 mm
FIFO lanes for carts
Aluminium sides on a galvanised steel base, for high-traffic lanes; 1,200, 1,800 and 2,400 mm.

05
Lanes, signs and order in the departments
Clear routes where carts and trains pass, tools always in their place, planning visible to everyone.
The problem
Paint stripes that wear away under carts, barely visible signs, cleaning tools scattered around, planning locked in the management system.
The solution
LongLife Vector tapes for heavy-load lanes, floor marking projectors, 5S stations and Cardplan® boards for visual planning.
LongLife Vector
Tape for heavy-load lanes
0.2 mm polyester, widths 50, 75 and 100 mm, also two-colour yellow/black and white/red.
OX-Spot
Projected signs
LED projector that projects signs and routes onto the floor: it does not wear out and stays visible even in low light.
5S cleaning station
Shadow board
Every tool has a fixed place and missing items are spotted immediately. Aluminium composite panel, customisable layout.
Cardplan®
Card-slot board
Visual planning with cards from DIN A8 to A4; panels can be placed side by side and extended over time.
