EPA and workstations in Green Frame
Custom-built benches, shelving and gravity roller conveyors, with an electrically connected structure and the area delimited on the floor.
The problem
Workstations frequently modified at product changeover, structures that lose electrical continuity at the joints, EPA boundaries worn or barely visible.
The solution
Green Frame tubing with stainless steel continuity clips between tube and connector and conductive caps, plus LongLife tape with ESD symbols to delimit the area on the floor.

Kanban that stay in the EPA
Protected tags, scanner-readable and collected in materials compatible with ESD areas.
The problem
Kanban holders and crates in ordinary plastic that cannot be used in an EPA, or unprotected tags that get damaged and lost.
The solution
ORGATEX kanban holders in permanently conductive IDP-STAT® PVC, compliant with DIN EN 61340-5-1, and kanban post box in low-charging ABS.

Containers that move inside the EPA
KLT stacks from the warehouse to the bench without lifting them, on dollies with ESD wheels.
The problem
Containers carried by hand or on generic carts, with wheels not suited to areas protected against electrostatic discharge.
The solution
Lean Logistic dollies for KLT containers with ESD polyamide wheels, to push by hand or hitch into a train, and Park Station with ESD end caps to park them in order.

Supplying the lines from the warehouse
Components and semi-finished parts reach the edge of the EPA at regular times, with no empty runs.
The problem
Qualified operators leaving the bench to fetch components from the warehouse, with lines stopped waiting for material.
The solution
PUDU AMR robots for shuttles between warehouse and departments, and a tugger train with raised-platform dollies. We check the ESD requirements inside the protected area with you during the on-site visit.

Supplies the lines, moves semi-finished parts between departments and takes finished goods to the warehouse. Fits through 60 cm aisles, ISO 3691-4 certified.

To get started with the milk run
