Panel stacks always at loading height
At the panel saw, edgebander and drilling machine the operator picks up the panel at bench level, from the first to the last.
The problem
Panel stacks on the floor: the operator bends lower and lower as the stack shrinks, and large panels are dragged instead of lifted.
The solution
Edmolift scissor lift tables, also with long platforms, extra-flat for loading from the floor and with tilt for picking towards the operator.

Long semi-finished parts between departments
From cutting to edgebanding, from drilling to assembly: sides, doors and worktops travel on suitable carts or on their own.
The problem
Long panels moved by hand or on improvised carts, stacks that topple over, operators shuttling between machines.
The solution

Packing, finished goods warehouse and shipping
Parcels and pallets found at first glance, loads closed in a few seconds.
The problem
Packed furniture stored in blocks without references, long searches at loading time, pallets closed with film and strapping.
The solution
Signs for block storage areas, ceiling cubes for aisles, pallet lifters in the packing area and pallet covers with integrated straps.
