Aluminium Park Station: floor-mounted trolley parking with high, low or mixed profiles
A pair of aluminium guides laid on the floor across the trolley's path that hold its front castors: the trolley always stops at the same point and does not move while you load or pick. High, low or mixed profiles, adhesive or with screw holes, lengths from 400 to 2400 mm. With spacers it suits castors of any diameter, even over 180 mm.
Why choose it
Every trolley in its place
The trolley stops at a precise point: the operator knows where to find it and the material arrives where it is needed.
It does not roll away during picking
The guides hold the front castors: the trolley does not move while you load or pick.
Profiles for every use
High for secure holding, low for heavy trolleys, mixed for loading from one side only.
Any castor diameter
No spacers up to 100 mm; with 20, 30 or 40 mm spacers for castors from 101 to over 180 mm.
Choose it if…
- You want trolleys and dollies to always stop at the same point, for example at the line side.
- The trolley must not move while the operator loads or picks.
- You have heavy trolleys or large castors, even over 180 mm.
- You need a solid fixing, adhesive or screwed.
- You want to mark out trolley spaces with a 5S approach.
Choose another solution if…
- You have light trolleys, up to 150 kg, and need a quick solution that is easy to cut: Plastic Park Station →
- The trolleys must queue up and be picked in order of arrival: Modular rail FIFO Station →
- You need an aluminium FIFO lane for dollies with castors up to 40 mm: FIFO Monorail 40 mm →

Where the Park Station is used
Wherever a trolley must stand still at a precise point:
- Line side: the dolly with KLT containers stops at the right height for picking
- Assembly stations: kit trolleys and tool trolleys always in the same place
- Milk run stations: fixed spots for exchanging full and empty trolleys
- Warehouse and shipping: tidy bays for waiting trolleys and dollies
- 5S projects: a place for every trolley, floor and walkways kept clear
With a label or sign for each space, the allocation is clear to everyone.
End pieces and spacers
Park Station end pieces
Kit of 4 elements in rigid black plastic, adhesive and drilled for floor fixing: they close off the guides.
View product →Castor spacers
Adhesive aluminium spacers of 20, 30 or 40 mm between the two elements: they widen the seat for larger castors.
View product →Up to 100 mm castor diameter no spacers are needed; from 101 mm upwards choose the spacer according to the diameter.
High, low or mixed profile
Choose the profile based on the trolley weight and the side you load it from:
High-High
Two high profiles: secure guiding, the trolley does not roll away even during picking.
Low-Low
Two low profiles: for heavy trolleys, they are rolled over with less effort and give maximum stability.
High-Low
Mixed profile: the trolley enters from the low side and stops against the high one, for loading from one side only.
Every version is available adhesive or with holes for screw fixing, in lengths of 400, 800, 1200 and 2400 mm.
How it is installed
Prepare the floor
Dry, clean surface, free of dust, oil, grease or solvents. Installation temperature at least 12 °C.
Position the guides
Place the two guides across the route, where the front castors must stop; for castors over 100 mm insert the spacers.
View product →Press or screw
Adhesive version: press hard straight away. Version with holes: screw to the floor with screws and wall plugs.
Close with the end pieces
The plastic end pieces close the ends and are also fixed to the floor.
View product →The more pressure you apply right after laying, the longer the adhesive lasts.
The LeanProducts service
We help you get from drawing to finished lane:
Flow and layout analysis
We start from what you move, how many trolleys go in and out and where they are loaded and picked: we design lanes, loading and picking points with you.
Configuration
We choose the system, lengths, end pieces, connectors and accessories based on castors, loads, floor and available space.
Delivery and commissioning
We deliver the complete kit, with the component list and installation instructions, and support you during start-up.
Spare parts and support
End pieces, connectors, screws and accessories remain available for extending the station or replacing damaged parts.
Send us a plan or a few photos of the area and the trolley dimensions: we will propose the configuration and quantities.

It is a parking spot for trolleys and dollies: a pair of guides fixed to the floor, perpendicular to the direction of travel, that hold the front castors. The trolley always stops at the same point and does not move while you load or pick the material. Every trolley has its place, as 5S requires.
The aluminium one is the robust solution: high, low or mixed profiles, adhesive or screw-hole fixing and spacers for castors over 180 mm. The plastic one is yellow, light, self-adhesive and easy to cut: it suits light trolleys, up to 150 kg, and workstations that need to be set up or changed quickly.
The high profile (High-High) gives the most secure guiding: the trolley does not roll away even while you pick. The low profile (Low-Low) is for heavy trolleys: it is rolled over with less effort and gives maximum stability. The mixed one (High-Low) lets the trolley enter from the low side and stops it against the high one: it is the choice for loading from one side only.
Yes, with any diameter. Up to 100 mm the Park Station is used as it is. For larger castors put a spacer between the two elements: 20 mm for castors from 101 to 150 mm, 30 mm from 150 to 180 mm, 40 mm over 180 mm.
The adhesive version has an acrylic adhesive: it is laid quickly, without drilling. The version with holes (codes ending in -V) is screwed to the floor: it is better suited to heavy trolleys or where trolleys often hit the guides.
The floor must be dry, clean and free of dust, oil, grease or solvents, at a temperature of at least 12 °C. Remove the backing film, position the guides and press hard straight away: the more pressure you apply, the longer the adhesive lasts. Close the ends with the PAB-EK1 end pieces.
The standard lengths are 400, 800, 1200 and 2400 mm, in pairs. The profile can be up to 6060 mm: for other sizes, ask us.
Yes: in addition to the standard PAB-EK1 end pieces there are PAB-EK1-ESD ESD end caps, for closing the guides in electrostatic protected areas (EPA).
