LL Taxi Trolley 1200x800

A tugger train is an electric tractor that tows several trolleys or trailers along a set route. In the milk run, one of the basic methods of lean logistics, the train does a round at regular intervals, like the milkman: it delivers materials to the points of use, collects empty containers and kanban cards and returns to the warehouse. Compared with individual forklift trips, you reduce traffic, waiting and line-side stock. With the LiftLiner you transport trolleys of up to 1000 kg and load and unload them without lifting; with the Milkrun Drawbar Assembly you hitch dollies and pallet dollies to the tractor.

For taking to the line with the LiftLiner train everything that does not fit on a pallet: KLT containers of different sizes, boxes, workstation kits and components. It has three shelves on a 1200 × 800 mm base and is loaded into the LiftLiner bays like the LL Trolley, from both sides and without lifting.

It carries up to 500 kg in total, on the three anti-slip plywood shelves. It has 4 Ø 200 mm polyamide swivel castors, 2 braked, to position it accurately and keep it still at the workstation.

LL Trolleys in the sizes 600 × 800, 1200 × 800 and 1200 × 1000 mm, for pallets, cages and containers, and the three-shelf LL Taxi Trolley. You can mix sizes and types in the same train without losing capacity: each bay carries one trolley of up to 1000 kg. For 600 × 800 trolleys and non-standard trolleys there is an adapter and an extended scissor drawbar: we assess them with you during the analysis phase.

Yes: available accessories are the additional 1200 × 800 mm shelf (LP-KA108) and the short-side handle (LP-KA107), useful if you often move it by hand.

The LL Taxi Trolley is made for the LiftLiner bays: 200 mm castors, side loading and unloading, automatic lifting. The Dolly Taxi is a shelf trolley for towing in a dolly train: it has a retractable drawbar, 160 mm castors and shelves adjustable in 50 mm steps, with 200 kg per shelf and 500 kg in total. If your milk run uses the LiftLiner, choose the LL Taxi Trolley; if you hitch the trolleys in a line to the tractor, the Dolly Taxi.

Yes, you push it by hand like a normal shelf trolley: the swivel castors make it manoeuvrable at the workstation and the brakes keep it still during picking. With the short-side handle you push it more comfortably.
