Dolly Pallet
Dolly Pallet is the pallet cart for lean logistics: it carries euro and ISO pallets, KLT containers, cages and foldable boxes. Push it by hand with the folding handle or hitch it into the tugger train with the retractable drawbar.
Sizes 1200×800 and 1200×1000 mm, capacity 1000 kg, up to 4000 kg in the train (6 carts), Ø 160 mm polyurethane wheels with brake, deck in anti-slip tape, plywood or aluminium. Stackable when empty.

Retractable drawbar
The 3-position drawbar with quick-coupling hook comes out for the train and retracts when you push by hand with the handle.
160 mm castors and brake
Polyurethane castors with aluminium centre and ball bearings, foot guard and brake on the swivel castors.
Stackable when empty
Folded handle and stacking holes: 6 empty trolleys in 1680 mm.

- You want to switch from forklift to milk run: trolleys in a line behind a tow vehicle, up to 4000 kg.

Where it works
The Dolly Pallet is used in both internal and external logistics:
- Line replenishment: pallets and containers in a line behind the tow vehicle, with a milk run at fixed times
- Warehouse → production: take the forklift out of the departments and bring pallets where they are needed
- Finished product: from end of line to dispatch, without transferring
- Truck loading: with the fork guides you load it with the forklift safely
Fewer forklifts in the departments means lower risk and more space for production: it is one of the first steps towards a forklift-free department.
How it is built
3-position retractable drawbar
On the short side, with a quick-coupling hook: open it for the train, close it when pushing by hand.
Choice of deck
Anti-slip tape, anti-slip plywood or aluminium chequer plate.
Load restraint straps
Ratchet straps, left or right, hold the load in place on curves and when braking.

The same trolley works pushed by hand or hitched behind the tow vehicle:
Retractable drawbar
The drawbar sits on the short side, has 3 positions and a quick-coupling hook: open it for the train, close it again when pushing by hand.
Up to 4000 kg per train
Up to 6 trolleys in a line, at the recommended maximum speed of 6 km/h.
Milkrun Drawbar on the tow vehicle
It fits on the tow vehicle and tows a row of Dolly Pallets or Dolly Taxis, or rows of container dollies.
