Systembox
The Systembox is a colored plastic kanban holder with outer dimensions of 122×192×10 mm (width × height × depth), featuring integrated interlocks for vertical and lateral chaining of multiple units. Available in 8 colors, it enables the creation of traffic-light visual systems for production priority control. It is compatible with dedicated upper and lower supports for wall or rack-mounted installation.

Systembox: modular kanban card holder for kanban boards
ABS box that keeps kanban cards in view and sheltered, on the wall or on a board. The patented interlock system connects it staggered below another Systembox or side by side in a block: the kanban board grows one position at a time, in rows and columns. With boxes in different colours you build the kanban traffic light for production priorities.

Grows with the process
The interlocks join the boxes staggered or in a block: add single positions in rows and columns without rebuilding the board.
Kanban traffic light
Boxes in different colours signal priorities. Alternatively, use boxes of a single colour and coloured inserts in the plastic pieces: to change the traffic light you only change the inserts.
Adapts to the card
The SYSB-FH adjustable base fits into the rear groove and reduces the usable depth in 5 mm steps, even for small cards.
A complete system
Stainless steel supports, plastic pieces, inserts and mailboxes complete the board; it combines with the Systembox A4 for documents.

How a column is built
Stainless steel supports
The top one is fixed to the wall or the whiteboard and holds 1 or 4 columns; the bottom one secures the second-to-last Systembox.

One per card, hooked on staggered one below the other; the colour of the box or of the insert creates the traffic light.
Plastic pieces
The top piece on every Systembox except the last, the front piece on the last: they show the kanban code and keep it in place.

Pre-cut A4 sheets to print: 33 × 75 mm for the top piece, 75 × 168 mm for the front piece.
