Pallet Buddy PB 25S: automatic magazine for 25 pallets 1200 × 1000

You put the pallet in and it lifts it. The Pallet Buddy loads and unloads pallets one at a time at floor level and also handles the whole stack without a forklift. It is fully electric: a 230 V socket is all it needs and it is controlled from the touch panel.

Why choose it

Plug & play

It runs on electricity only: place it where there is a 230 V socket and use it straight away.

Everything at floor level

Pallets put in and taken out at floor level with a manual pallet truck or forklift.

The stack without a forklift

It also loads and unloads the whole stack of pallets, without a forklift.

Touch control

Touch panel with manual or automatic operation; Siemens S7-1200 PLC and Linak actuators.

How it works

Safe and ergonomic pallet handling, with no manual lifting:

Insert: the pallet goes in at floor level with a manual pallet truck or forklift
Lift: the Pallet Buddy raises the stack and frees the space for the next pallet
Take out: pallets come out one at a time, always at floor level
Stack ready: with the maximum load indicator the stack is set down on the floor, ready for transport
Safety: safety system included, gate with switch as an accessory

Only a 230 V AC socket: operation is fully electric and it can be placed anywhere in the department.

At floor level, one at a time, with a manual pallet truck or forklift. The whole stack can also be loaded and unloaded without a forklift.

Yes, with the cold environment option: a dedicated actuator allows operation down to −25 °C. It must be requested at quotation stage.

Yes, with the maximum load indicator: for example at 12 pallets the stack is set down on the floor, ready for transport. It can also be done manually from the control panel; the signal tower adds the light signal.
