Pudu GT5
The PUDU GT5 is the professional robotic mower of the GT series for large green areas: it cuts and collects grass, leaves and light debris in a single pass and moves between zones on its own.
152 cm rotary deck, target output of about 8,000 m²/h, up to 65,000 m² and 10 h of work on one charge, IP66 protection. For parks, campuses, commercial properties and landscaping companies. LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, handles site survey, mapping and installation.

PUDU GT5: professional robotic mower for large green areas
The commercial robotic mower of the GT series designed for output: 152 cm rotary deck, about 8,000 m²/h and up to 10 hours of work on one charge. It cuts and collects grass, leaves and light debris in a single pass and moves between zones on its own. For parks, campuses, commercial properties, residential communities and landscaping companies. LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, handles site survey, mapping, installation and seasonal support.
Why choose it
Output for large areas
152 cm rotary deck and about 8,000 m²/h (2 acres per hour, target value): up to 65,000 m² on one charge, depending on conditions.
Cuts and collects at the same time
It vacuums cut grass, leaves and light debris while cutting: the lawn stays clean without a second pass.
A full working day
Up to 10 hours of continuous operation: no recharging in the middle of the day.
Safe with people and vehicles
LiDAR, vision and depth sensors recognise people, vehicles, animals and obstacles. Metal body, IP66 and emergency stop.
Choose it if…
- You maintain large, continuous lawns: parks, campuses, commercial properties, residential communities.
- Output matters: you want to cover many square metres a day with a single machine.
- You want to collect grass and leaves while cutting, without a clean-up team afterwards.
- You are a grounds maintenance company and want to service more area with the same team.
Choose another solution if…
- The site is small or mixed and you also need to sweep the paths: Pudu GT3 →
- You maintain sports pitches or greens and want precision striped cutting: Pudu GT7 →
Where it works
The GT5 is designed for large lawn areas:
- Parks and large green areas: extensive lawns to cut regularly, even with people passing through
- Campuses and corporate sites: several connected green areas, covered autonomously
- Commercial properties and residential communities: continuous maintenance with fewer hours of manual work
- Grounds maintenance companies: more area serviced with the same team
At GaLaBau 2026 in Nuremberg PUDU showed the GT5 in the outdoor demo area with automatic grass unloading (Auto Dumping).

Cutting, collection and unloading
Cutting and collection in one pass
It cuts with the rotary deck and vacuums grass, leaves and light debris in the same pass: no teams to clean up afterwards.
Unloading and resuming work
Depending on the configuration, when the container is full it goes to unload on its own and resumes from where it stopped.
Up to 10 hours
One charge covers up to 65,000 m², depending on working conditions.
Maps and safety
Automatic mapping
It explores the ground and generates the work map; area boundaries can also be defined on online or satellite images.
From one zone to another
It moves on its own between different lawns along preset routes and resumes cutting on arrival.
Fall protection
It detects dangerous drops such as watercourse banks, steps and embankments and, with the no-go zones set on the map, changes route or brakes.
It recognises pedestrians, vehicles and objects such as hoses or posts and, depending on the risk, slows down, goes around or stops.
Maps, zones and control
How you set up the GT5’s work:
Site map
Autonomous mapping and navigation with LiDAR, vision and depth sensors and RTK positioning accurate to ±2.5 cm; area boundaries also from online or satellite images.
No-go zones and routes
Exclude flower beds, banks or sensitive zones and define the routes between one lawn and another.
Manual driving
For transfers or special jobs you drive it yourself.
With remote fleet management you see the GT5’s position, work progress and status, with immediate error notifications. A single PUDU ecosystem for cleaning, delivery, logistics and now grounds maintenance too: one supplier and one point of contact in Italy.
What to ask us first
Areas and slopes
Square metres, shape of the areas, slopes, banks and obstacles: the GT5 cuts on slopes up to 20°, including across the slope, and we check those on your site during the survey.
Unloading and charging
Where to unload the collected grass and where to charge the robot: the container holds 120 L, the battery is 26 kWh and charging takes 8 hours, 4 with the optional fast charging.
Availability and configuration
The GT series was presented in September 2026: we confirm lead times and configurations for Italy on request.
Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
Cameras and sensors are used to find the way and avoid obstacles. We provide the privacy documentation for the model with the quote.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.
The LeanProducts service
From the first site survey to the mowing season, with a single point of contact:
Survey of the green area
Together we look at lawns, paths, slopes, banks, obstacles and access points and tell you whether the GT5 is the right GT model.
Mapping and installation
We map the areas, set up no-go zones, routes between zones and the unloading point, and commission the robot.
Training
We train whoever looks after the robot: work scheduling, manual driving, cleaning and routine checks.
Seasonal support
We support you during the mowing season and at restart: direct support in Italy, by phone, remotely or on site, and original PUDU spare parts.
LeanProducts is the official PUDU distributor in Italy.
