- Line side: dollies and kit trolleys always at the same point, ready for picking
- Workstations: tool trolleys and containers parked in their place

It is a parking spot for trolleys and dollies: a pair of guides fixed to the floor, perpendicular to the direction of travel, that hold the front castors. The trolley always stops at the same point and does not move while you load or pick the material. Every trolley has its place, as 5S requires.
The aluminium one is the robust solution: high, low or mixed profiles, adhesive or screw-hole fixing and spacers for castors over 180 mm. The plastic one is yellow, light, self-adhesive and easy to cut: it suits light trolleys, up to 150 kg, and workstations that need to be set up or changed quickly.
Trolleys up to 150 kg. For heavier trolleys, or where the guides take frequent impacts, choose the aluminium Park Station.
Yes: the plastic is easy to cut. You start from the standard lengths of 400, 800, 1200 or 2400 mm and adapt the size to the workstation.
No. The flexible edges take castors of any diameter. Spacers are only needed for the aluminium Park Station.
We recommend closing the ends with the PAB-KU-EK end pieces: black, with an adhesive base and a tapered shape that prevents tripping, pre-drilled and supplied with screws and wall plugs to fix them to the floor. They come in packs of 10 (5+5).
Clean the floor: it must be dry and free of dust, oil or grease. Cut the rail to the length you need, remove the backing film, position it across the trolley's path at the point where the front castors must stop, and press firmly. Then close the ends with the PAB-KU-EK end pieces.
Yes: it is light, self-adhesive and laid in a few minutes. It is designed precisely for quick set-ups or ones that change often, such as layout trials and new line start-ups.
