Edmolift lifting platforms: standard equipment and safety
Safety, controls and paint finish: what the platforms already have, before any accessory.
Safety devices
Standard on Series T platforms. On Series C: safety edge, valves, blocks, safety clearance and CE test.
Anti-crush safety edge
Aluminium perimeter with microswitches on all 4 sides. On contact the platform stops and will not lower until you press up.
Double non-return valve
One mechanical, built into the cylinder, and one electrical: the solenoid valve. The platform cannot drop suddenly.
Mechanical blocks
Laser-cut galvanised steel, one per scissor. During maintenance they hold the platform, the scissor and the maximum load.
Safety clearance
No crushing points between moving parts: hands and fingers stay protected.
Labels and rating plate
Durable labels in visible areas that do not fade. The rating plate keeps the components traceable for the whole life of the platform.
CE test EN 1570-1
Every model is tested with a load 30% above the rated capacity and supplied with the declaration of conformity.

Standard on Series T, Series C, HD Series, stainless steel platforms and EZ electric trolleys. Not fitted on TZ and CZ manual pump trolleys.

Series C
- Lighter, more economical version
- Hydraulics and many basic components the same as on the Series T

- Cannot be customised and takes only a few accessories

Paint finish

Same colours also for double, vertical and low-profile T platforms, TZ and EZ trolleys and the HD Series.
Epoxy and polyurethane powder coating in the manufacturer’s in-house plant. Matt finish since 2024. On-screen colours are indicative.

Frequently asked questions
Can the platform top be drilled?
Yes: the platform top can be drilled to fix equipment or guides, avoiding the area where the scissor runs.
What colour are the platforms?
Series T, double, vertical and low-profile T platforms, TZ and EZ trolleys and HD Series: orange RAL 2009 and blue RAL 5002 as standard, anthracite grey RAL 7024 and black RAL 9005 at no extra charge, other RAL colours at an extra charge. Series C: fixed orange and blue. Stainless steel: unpainted steel.
What is the difference between Series C and Series T?
The Series T is made entirely in Sweden and is configured with accessories, controls and colours. The Series C is the lighter, more economical version: the hydraulics and many components are the same as on the T, but it cannot be customised, takes only a few accessories and has fixed colours orange and blue.
