KAN-Label is a self-adhesive document holder for boxes, containers, and pallet feet, designed to support Kanban systems and visual management on the shop floor. It adheres to nearly every surface without requiring container replacement. Available in 9 colors and 3 formats (210x80 mm, 1/3 DIN 210x110 mm, DIN A5 210x148 mm), with internal dimensions of 200x67, 200x85, and 200x135 mm respectively. Sold in packs of 50 pieces.

The inner space is 200 mm wide in all formats: 210 × 80 (inner 200 × 67 mm, outer 209 × 74 mm) with the ET670 insert; 1/3 DIN (200 × 85 / 209 × 99 mm) with ET85; A5 (200 × 135 / 209 × 147 mm) with ET135.

It slides into the label slot of KLT containers and Euroboxes, sized to VDA 4902, and slots into kanban boards in the same way. If the surface is metal, even curved, use the magnetic KAN-Label; if the container has no slot, the Kanban-Cover.

Yes: thanks to the side opening the sleeve can be cut to size and its length reduced without losing its function.

Tutte proteggono il cartellino e si leggono con lo scanner. La KAN-Label ha l’inserimento laterale e va nelle sedi porta etichette di KLT ed Eurobox e nelle lavagne kanban. Il KLT-Snapper è in PVC rigido con inserimento dall’alto, per cambiare in fretta l’identificazione sui KLT. Il KAN-Label Magnetico ha magneti al neodimio per macchine, contenitori metallici, fusti e bobine. La KAN-Special ha foro europeo e asola nella testata per appenderla a ganci e staffe.

Assegna un colore a ogni reparto, linea, fornitore o tipo di riordino, per esempio rosso per il materiale urgente o giallo per un fornitore esterno. Chi preleva o rifornisce riconosce il flusso a colpo d’occhio, anche da lontano e in lavagna. La versione trasparente lascia vedere tutto il cartellino.

Sì: la KAN-Label si infila nelle lavagne kanban a inserimento come nella sede del contenitore. Così il cartellino passa dal contenitore alla lavagna senza essere tolto dalla busta.

Sì: la KAN-Label ESD, negli stessi formati e con gli stessi cartoncini, in film IDP permanentemente dissipativo da 0,25 mm che soddisfa i requisiti della DIN EN 61340-5-1.

No: il set contiene la lavagna con le Systembox. I cartellini viaggiano con i contenitori in porta cartellini kanban come Kanban-Cover, KAN-Label o KLT-Snapper, da scegliere in base al tipo di contenitore. Te li consigliamo insieme al set.

For label holders, Kanban-Covers and Kanban sleeves there are pre-cut cards on A4 sheets with micro-perforation: they print on any printer and separate without scissors. On the Cardboard product page you will find Word and Excel templates for the formats. Magnetic Windows® and repositionable adhesive windows are written on with non-permanent markers; on writable magnetic labels, writing done with a water-based marker is wiped off with a damp cloth. Anti-Stick label holders serve as a base for printed adhesive labels, which then come off without residue.

Quantities are ordered in packs: the number of pieces is shown in the «Pack» attribute of each product. Document pockets come in packs of 10; previously packs of 50 were shown, so for the same quantity order 5 packs. Label holders usually come in 50 or 100 pieces, KAN-Label and KLT-Snapper Kanban sleeves in 50; for Mega label holders and insert cards the number depends on the format.
