Lean Adaptor Pallet

To turn dollies into a forklift load unit. You load the dollies with KLT containers onto the Adaptor Pallet, lock them and move it like a pallet: to the rack, onto the truck, from supplier to customer. At the destination you push the dollies off, without lifting them, and take them to the line with the containers already prepared.

On the 1200 × 800 mm format: 4 dollies 600 × 400, 2 dollies 800 × 600, 2 dollies 600 × 400 plus 1 dolly 800 × 600, or 1 dolly 1200 × 800. The maximum load is 1000 kg per Adaptor Pallet. For the ISO 1200 × 1000 mm format we confirm the combination based on your dollies.

With the forklift truck, picking it up from either the long or the short side, like a Euro pallet. The dollies, on the other hand, are pushed or towed: when they are needed on the line you push them off the Adaptor Pallet without lifting them.

Yes, up to 2 loaded Adaptor Pallets, with a maximum of 1000 kg each, using containers and lid. This way you make use of the height of the warehouse and the truck.

With the coloured pedals: you operate them with your foot and the colour, like a traffic light, tells you whether the dollies are locked or free. A glance is all it takes to know whether you can move the Adaptor Pallet.

They are optional. For truck shipments or when you stack Adaptor Pallets, you can secure the containers with the 4000 mm Adaptor Pallet Blue Strap, which hooks onto the Adaptor Pallet, and close the load with the lid.

Three: EU 1200 × 800 mm (LP-KA100), EU 1200 × 800 mm with a cage to contain the load (LP-KA101) and ISO 1200 × 1000 mm (LP-KA102). All in galvanised steel, with a capacity of up to 1000 kg.

The supplier puts the parts into KLT containers on the dollies, hitches the dollies as a train and takes them to the storage area; there they load 4 dollies onto an Adaptor Pallet and put it on the truck with the forklift. At the customer, the Adaptor Pallet is stored in the warehouse; when needed, the dollies are pushed off and go to the workstation, where the KLTs are raised to ergonomic height with a box lifter.
