Made of steel, it handles 5 t (2 t on pin and hole), releases with your foot and fits most tractors. It comes assembled: a simple way to start your milk run.

Milkrun Drawbar Assembly: hitch your dollies to the tractor and build your tugger train
The steel drawbar that connects dollies to the electric tractor: with a cross bar with two couplings and a central pin you tow one or two rows of 600 × 400 dollies, one row of 800 × 600 dollies or one row of Dolly Pallets and Dolly Taxis. It handles up to 5 t, releases with your foot and fits most tow vehicles: a simple way to get started with the milk run.
Why choose it
A train with the dollies you have
Turn a row of dollies into a tugger train: the same tractor carries more containers in one round, instead of many trips pushing by hand or with the forklift.
Two rows in parallel
The two side couplings of the cross bar take one row of 600 × 400 dollies on the right and one on the left: you double the containers for the same train length.
For all dollies in the range
600 × 400 and 800 × 600 dollies, Dolly Pallets and Dolly Taxis: the central pin links pallet dollies and shelf trolleys.
Releases with your foot
The ergonomic quick pedal release frees the train without bending down. It arrives assembled, ready to fit.
Choose it if…
- You already have dollies, Dolly Pallets or Dolly Taxis and want to tow them in a line with an electric tractor.
- You want to start with a simple milk run, without dedicated trailers.
- You carry 600 × 400 KLT containers and want two rows of dollies in a single train.
- You need a sturdy coupling, up to 5 t, adaptable to your tow vehicle.
Choose another solution if…
- You want to load and unload trolleys from the sides, without lifting, up to 1000 kg per trolley: LiftLiner 2 load units →
- You transport 600 × 400 dollies and want a trailer with ramps to load them from both sides: Taxi Liner 3 Bay for Dolly 600x400 →
- You need a dolly with integrated drawbar and hook to build the train: Dolly Type VII B →

Milk run with dollies: how it works
The milk run is a scheduled round that supplies the lines at regular intervals, collects empty containers and reduces line-side stock. With the drawbar you do it with dollies:
- In the warehouse: you prepare the dollies with KLT containers or the Dolly Pallets with the material for the round
- Hitching: the drawbar stays on the tractor; the dollies hitch in a line to the cross bar or the central pin
- Round: a single operator delivers to the points of use and collects empties and kanban cards
- Release: with the pedal you free the train without bending down and leave the dollies at the workstation
Standard routes and timed deliveries: less forklift traffic, less waiting, less material standing idle in the department.
Three train configurations
One or two rows of 600 × 400 dollies
On the two side couplings, one row on the right and one on the left. Dolly Type VII units have an integrated drawbar and hook: the pin locks by itself.

For larger containers: the version of the 800 × 600 Dolly with drawbar hitches in a line.
View product →One row of Dolly Pallets or Dolly Taxis
The central pin links pallet dollies and shelf trolleys, with their retractable drawbar.

How it is built
A single steel assembly that arrives ready to fit:
Pre-drilled plate
It fixes to the tow vehicle with the pre-drilled plate and the drawbar with a hole.
Cross bar
Two side coupling holes, one on the right and one on the left, for one or two rows of 600 × 400 dollies.
Central pin
For linking Dolly Pallets, Dolly Taxis and 800 × 600 dollies.
Pedal release
Ergonomic quick release with your foot: no bending down at every stop.
Drawbar up to 5 t, pin and hole up to 2 t. Tell us the make and model of the tractor: we confirm the fixing before quoting.

Specifications
A tugger train is an electric tractor that tows several trolleys or trailers along a set route. In the milk run, one of the basic methods of lean logistics, the train does a round at regular intervals, like the milkman: it delivers materials to the points of use, collects empty containers and kanban cards and returns to the warehouse. Compared with individual forklift trips, you reduce traffic, waiting and line-side stock. With the LiftLiner you transport trolleys of up to 1000 kg and load and unload them without lifting; with the Milkrun Drawbar Assembly you hitch dollies and pallet dollies to the tractor.
It is the steel drawbar that connects dollies to the electric tractor and turns a row of trolleys into a tugger train. It fixes to the tow vehicle with a pre-drilled plate and carries a cross bar with two side couplings, for one or two rows of 600 × 400 dollies, and a central pin for hitching Dolly Pallets and Dolly Taxis in a line. It is compatible with all dollies in the range.
Three configurations: one or two rows of 600 × 400 dollies, one row of 800 × 600 dollies, or one row of Dolly Pallets or Dolly Taxis. With two rows of 600 × 400 dollies you double the KLT containers you carry in one round, for the same train length.
The drawbar handles up to 5 t; the coupling pin and hole up to 2 t. The actual train load also depends on the tractor and the dollies: for example, a train of Dolly Pallets reaches 4000 kg towed. We check it with you based on route, gradients and floor.
It adapts to most electric tow vehicles and arrives assembled, ready to fit. Tell us the make and model of the tractor: we confirm the fixing before quoting.
The train is released with the quick pedal release: the operator frees it with their foot, without bending down. Dollies with the Easy Lock system, such as Dolly Type VII, hitch to each other by resting the drawbar in the hook area: the pin locks by itself, without errors.
It depends on weight, route and tractor: the total load must not exceed the capacity of the drawbar (5 t), the tractor or the dollies. Tight curves and intersections also limit the length of the train. We calculate it with you on your route.
Yes, in two ways. With the Milkrun Drawbar Assembly you hitch one or two rows of 600 × 400 dollies, one row of 800 × 600 dollies, or Dolly Pallets and Dolly Taxis directly to the tractor. With the LiftLiner, on the other hand, the LL trolleys travel in the bays and dollies can be hitched at the rear with the dedicated rear coupling. We help you choose the right combination for your route.
We start from your flows: what you carry, where, how often and in which containers. We design the route and drop-off points with you, choose trolleys, dollies and accessories and size the train: how many LiftLiners, how many trolleys, which tractor. Then we deliver, commission and show operators how to load, hitch and unload safely. Spare parts and support stay with us.
