Why choose it
Advertising on the move
The 18.5" front screen carries promotions and videos among customers, with different content for each point where the robot stops.
Welcomes and guides
It greets guests at the entrance and guides them to their table; in shops it takes the customer to the product they are looking for with Search & Guide.
Compact, fits through 55 cm
43.5 × 45 cm base and 38 kg weight: it moves between tables and narrow aisles where larger robots cannot pass.
AI voice
It is activated with “hey PUDU” and answers with contextual dialogue: 6 microphones with 360° sound localisation, echo cancellation and noise reduction.
Choose it if…
- You want to welcome customers at the entrance and guide them to the table, department or product.
- You need a moving advertising robot, with different content depending on where it stops.
- Aisles are narrow: corridors and spaces between tables of 55 cm.
- Deliveries are light: drinks, snacks, small dishes, samples, information material.
- You work in restaurants, shops, hotel lobbies, museums, trade fairs and events.
Choose another solution if…
- You serve heavy dishes and soups on 4 trays of 10 kg, still with an advertising screen: BellaBot Pro Robot →
- You need large trays for big dining rooms and canteens (80 cm aisles): PuduBot 2 Robot →
- You need to deliver to rooms or across several floors, with closed compartments: FlashBot Max Robot →

Where it works
The KettyBot Pro works indoors, wherever you need to welcome, inform and deliver small items:
- Restaurants: welcome at the entrance, guiding to the table, light deliveries and collection of dirty dishes; menus and promotions on the screen
- Retail and supermarkets: the customer searches for a product by word or image and the robot takes them to the shelf; mobile advertising and samples
- Hotels: welcome in the lobby, information and small services at the restaurant and bar
- Healthcare: mobile information point that guides visitors, with screen and voice interaction
- Transport, museums and events: advertising and information in waiting areas, guided tours, distribution of materials
- Schools and campuses: guided tours and events with scheduled audio and video content
- Offices and residences: welcome and announcements in common areas
It works between 0 and 40 °C on flat indoor floors: it handles thresholds up to 5 mm and slopes up to 5°.

Reception and advertising
18.5" advertising screen
Playlists with frequency and order and different content for each stopping point: up to 10 items, files up to 300 MB, images up to 60 seconds. You upload them from the PUDU Link app or from a PC with the PUDU management platform.
Welcome and guiding
It attracts customers from a distance with screen, movement, expressions and voice, greets them and guides them to the table.
AI voice “hey PUDU”
Contextual dialogue with 6 microphones and 2 × 10 W speakers: the robot understands where the voice comes from and answers.
Customisable interface
Upper-screen expressions, advertising screens, voice and content can be customised through the PUDU Open Platform.
Delivery and battery life
Tray detection
Two 360° fish-eye lenses monitor the trays: when they are empty the robot sets off again on its own. To complete the task a button or a hand gesture in front of the camera is enough (Air Motion).
Self-levelling suspension
Chassis with independent suspension and laser and visual navigation: it moves precisely between tables, aisles and people.
Automatic charging
11 hours of battery life without load. When the battery is low it warns by voice and on screen and returns to the charging base, sold separately.
Nine modes: guiding, birthday, customer attraction, restaurant delivery, delivery in other environments, advertising, cruise, dish collection and table service.
How it is managed
You set points, routes and content once, then change them when needed:
10.1" touchscreen
Choose modes and destinations on the upper screen, which also shows the robot’s expressions.
Search & Guide
You upload the product list, up to 1 GB (about 1,000–2,000 products with images): the customer searches by word or image and the robot takes them to the right spot.
Content from app or PC
You upload and change the ads from the PUDU Link app or the PUDU management platform, also remotely.
Several robots together
With PUDU Scheduler the robots on the same network communicate directly with each other to coordinate.
PUDU OS: the software that keeps the KettyBot Pro working
PUDU OS is the operating system of PUDU robots: it handles maps, navigation, tasks, updates and data. In practice:
Maps and navigation
Laser and visual SLAM navigation: we map the venue once, then stopping points, tables and routes can be changed when the layout changes.
OTA updates
The robot software updates over the network: new PUDU features arrive without any hardware work.
PUDU Link, Pager and Watch
With the PUDU Link app you see status, tasks and battery of all your PUDU robots on a single screen and call them remotely. We confirm the compatibility of the PUDU Pager and PUDU Watch 4G call systems with the KettyBot Pro for you.
Open Platform and PUDU Skill
With the Cloud API of the PUDU Open Platform you customise expressions, voice and content and connect the robot to POS, loyalty or management systems: there are no ready-made connectors for specific software, the integration is developed on the APIs. PUDU Skill, the PUDU package for AI coding tools, helps your developers write it faster.
A single PUDU ecosystem for cleaning, delivery and logistics: same app, same reports. As the distributor, we activate API access and support your IT team or integrator.
Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
It comes with a GDPR compliance declaration signed by the manufacturer. It does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces: cameras and sensors are used only to find its way and avoid obstacles. Only operating data goes to the cloud: routes, activities, status and faults.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.
The LeanProducts service
From site survey to after-sales support, with a single point of contact:
Site survey and demo
We measure aisles, thresholds and routes, check Wi‑Fi and 4G coverage and, on request, bring the KettyBot Pro for a trial at your premises.
Installation, mapping and customisation
We create the map, set up reception points, tables and cruise routes, upload the first content for the screen together with you and, in shops, the product list for Search & Guide.
Staff training
We train the people who will use the robot every day: sending tasks, calls, charging, daily cleaning and the PUDU Link app, so they are autonomous from day one.
Service and spare parts
Direct support throughout Italy: by phone and remote access, repair on site or at our premises. Original PUDU spare parts.
LeanProducts is the official PUDU distributor in Italy.

Marketing and advertising: Shows ads, promotions and menus on a large high-definition screen to attract customers' attention.
Reception and guidance: It can welcome customers at the entrance and guide them to their table or to a specific area of the venue.
Delivery of small items: It has trays for carrying small items such as drinks, snacks, cutlery or shop goods.
AI interaction: It uses voice interaction to answer simple questions and engage with guests.
It depends on what you carry and where. The BellaBot Pro is the waiter robot for the dining room: 4 trays of 10 kg, a stable chassis for soups and drinks and an 18.5" advertising screen; it fits through 65 cm. The KettyBot Pro is the most compact (55 cm): it welcomes customers, guides them to the table or shelf and advertises on its 18.5" screen, with 2 trays plus a compartment for dirty dishes. The PuduBot 2 has large 520 × 435 mm trays and dual LiDAR: it suits large dining rooms, canteens and production departments, but needs 80 cm passages and has no advertising screen. The FlashBot Max is the only one with closed compartments (PIN, phone number, NFC) and that uses elevators and turnstiles: it is the robot for hotels, offices and care homes on several floors, not for the dining room. During the site survey we tell you which one you need.
No, it works alongside them. The robot makes the repetitive trips between kitchen and tables, carries heavy dishes and takes the dirty ones back; staff stay in the dining room to welcome guests, take orders and give advice. The robot does not put the dish on the table: the guest takes it from the tray, or the waiter does. It works indoors, on level floors: during the site survey we check with you the space between tables, thresholds and routes.
It has 2 trays of 352 × 340 mm plus a compartment for bringing back dirty dishes: 10 kg per tray, 30 kg in total. It is designed for light deliveries: drinks, snacks, small dishes, samples and materials. PUDU accessories include cup holders (fixed for 6 cups or anti-spill for 5), a retractable tray guard and a food cover. For heavy dishes and soups on 4 trays there is the BellaBot Pro.
Yes. The PUDU rear cover, yellow or white, replaces the removable tray and turns the KettyBot Pro into the reception version. For leaflets and samples there is also a small display stand that holds up to 3 kg.
The KettyBot Pro fits through 55 cm, and in specific situations even through 52 cm. It climbs thresholds up to 5 mm and slopes up to 5° and works indoors, on level floors, between 0 and 40 °C: it is not suitable for outdoor use. During the site survey we measure passages and critical points with you.
Yes: it is activated with the wake word “hey PUDU” and responds with context-based dialogues. It has 6 microphones with 360° sound localisation, echo cancellation and noise reduction, and two 10 W speakers. It also attracts customers with its screen, expressions and movement.
Yes, with Search & Guide: the customer searches for a product by word or by image and the robot guides them to where it is. There is no limit to the number of navigation points and you can upload up to 1 GB of products, about 1,000–2,000 with images. We set up the product list with you at installation.
The KettyBot Pro connects via 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth. The 4G SIM is supported only by some versions of the robot: we will confirm which one is supplied. The network is needed for the PUDU Link app, advertising content and updates; during the site survey we check coverage along the routes.
No: BellaBot Pro, KettyBot Pro and PuduBot 2 handle transport. Orders stay with your staff or with the system you already use (handheld devices, QR codes at the table, kiosks). You send the robot to the table from its screen, from the app or with PUDU call systems. Connecting it to the POS is possible, with development on the PUDU Open Platform APIs.
There are no ready-made connectors for a specific POS or PMS. The connection is made with the PUDU Open Platform (Cloud API): your system sends delivery tasks, reads the robots’ status and receives real-time updates via webhooks; usage statistics are also available. Typical use cases: POS and ERP in food service, PMS in hotels, hospital systems and building management. For developers there is the PUDU Skill, a package for AI programming tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs. We activate API access as distributor and support your IT team or integrator.
LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy. We start with the site survey: passages, floors and thresholds, Wi‑Fi or 4G coverage, any doors and elevators; on request we organise a demo at your premises. At installation we create the map, set up tables or delivery points, calls and content, then train your staff. After start-up you have direct support throughout Italy, by phone and with remote access, and original PUDU spare parts.
Yes. The manufacturer has signed a GDPR compliance declaration for T300, T600, PuduBot 2, KettyBot Pro and BellaBot Pro. The robot does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces. The depth sensors are used to plan the route: the data is continuously overwritten and is neither saved nor sent to the cloud. The ceiling-facing VSLAM camera is used only for localisation: the images are converted on the robot into geometric points and then deleted. Only operating data (routes, completed tasks, status and faults) goes to the PUDU cloud, no personal data. We provide the declaration with the quote.
Yes. With PUDU Cloud Veil the data runs locally or on your private cloud and does not pass through PUDU servers: no data leakage at source and full control over the information, as required in environments with high confidentiality requirements. To connect the robot to your systems there is the PUDU Cloud Open API. We define the configuration and functions available for your model in the quote.
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy, verified by the certification body DNV. Data is encrypted and stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised personnel and a dedicated department oversees information security. Vulnerabilities are reported through an official channel. On the robot, settings and working modes are password-protected and the software is updated remotely.
Yes, every robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity, which we hand over with the robot together with the standards applied.
