Hybrid navigation VSLAM + LiDAR SLAM ensures reliable paths in dynamic environments, with adjustable speed between 0.2 and 1.2 m/s and minimum passage space of 700 mm. The 30 Ah battery ensures autonomy of 12 hours unloaded and recharges up to 90% in 2 hours, with three modes available: recharging station, wired recharging, and manual replacement. The 10.1 inch LCD screen facilitates operational monitoring directly on the unit.
PUDU T600
With a 600 kg capacity, the PUDU T600 halves transport cycles, cutting operating costs and downtime.

300 Kg - maximum load
60 cm - minimal manoeuvring space
12 hours - runtime with no load
INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
SAFETY
Ground-level protection
A linear warning line is projected ahead of the T600 to mark its travel area, creating a safe collaborative workspace between people and robot.
Dynamic obstacle avoidance
It detects low obstacles on its own and steers around them, keeping operation safe.
Disaster prevention function
The PUDU T600 has a disaster prevention module that intelligently receives signals such as fire and earthquake alarms and automatically runs prevention plans.
Industrial power and intuitive control for heavy loads, ready to use without external systems.
Intelligent navigation and autonomous pick-and-place for unattended workflows, ensuring an efficient and reliable warehouse
Intelligent multi-lift management: real-time monitoring and priority to free cars for fast, wait-free multi-floor deliveries.
The system supports on-premise deployment to create a fully controlled and secure operating environment.
HIGH VISIBILITY
High-brightness status lights that make the robot's position clearly visible
Illuminated direction indicators
Essential for safety while material is being moved
Buttons with customisable function
They increase the robot efficiency by creating a handy shortcut to the most used functions
Audible alerts
Essential for signalling robot status and completion of assigned tasks

Ground Projection (T600 model only): Projects a warning light line/area onto the floor in front of the robot to alert nearby pedestrians and operators.
Dynamic obstacle avoidance: Detects and avoids people, forklifts and fixed obstacles in real time.
Disaster Avoidance module: In the event of facility emergency signals (e.g. fire alarms or earthquakes), it automatically guides the robot to a safe area or stops it at a predefined point.
PUDU T600 Upright: Column version (1350 mm high) with a 10.1" touchscreen, power-assisted ergonomic handle and front light indicators.
PUDU T600 Underride: Ultra-compact, low-profile version (255 mm high) designed to slide under trolleys, pallets and shelving and lift them autonomously.
Runtime: Up to 12 hours of continuous operation (unloaded).
Fast charging: From 0% to 90% in approx. 2 hours.
Battery capacity: 30 Ah.
Power modes: Supports both automatic charging at the station and quick battery swapping (battery replacement), ensuring 24/7 operation with no downtime.
They use an adaptive aisle strategy (Narrow Aisle Strategy), adjusting traffic rules (single or double lane) to the aisle width and the load footprint, avoiding bottlenecks and fleet deadlocks.
LeanProducts provides direct support throughout Italy through its own technicians. Types of support offered:
