PUDU · Walk-behind upright scrubber-dryer
Pudu SH1: professional upright floor scrubber-dryer, compact and connected
The floor scrubber-dryer that the operator pushes by hand and that scrubs, brushes and dries in a single pass, at 1100–1600 m²/h. It reaches where a robot or a large scrubber-dryer cannot: edges, under tables, narrow spaces, walls and shop windows with the accessories. With the PUDU Link app, manual cleaning gets its own reports too. LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, helps you choose consumables and train staff.
Why choose it
Scrubs and dries in one pass
Brush at 350 rpm with 27 kg of pressure, 20 kPa suction and a 49 cm squeegee: behind the machine the floor stays clean and dry.
Less water and detergent
Compared with a mop, the SH1 uses up to 80% less water and detergent and cuts cleaning time by up to 70%, with 4 L tanks that are easy to fill and empty.
It reaches where the robot cannot
Swivel head, handle that lowers to reach under tables and manual accessories for walls, shop windows, mirrors and spaces under furniture.

One app
Robots and SH1 are followed in the PUDU Link app: whoever manages cleaning sees automatic and manual work in one place.
Maps, autonomous navigation and automatic charging are features of PUDU robots: the SH1 is always guided by an operator.
PUDU Link: manual cleaning becomes measurable
From the PUDU software ecosystem the SH1 uses the part a machine with an operator needs: app, data and reports.
PUDU Cleaning Report
For each cleaning job: duration, water used and area cleaned. Evidence ready for inspections and data to organise shifts.
PUDU Link app
Real-time reports, anti-theft functions and operator management, from the same app used for PUDU robots.
Alarms and consumables
Alerts for full recovery tank, low solution and faults in the brush and suction motors; monitoring of components and consumables.
Wi‑Fi, even when the network is weak
The SH1 connects via Wi‑Fi; if the network is unstable the data stays in the machine’s memory for up to 2 months.
A single PUDU ecosystem for cleaning, delivery and logistics: same app, same reports.
Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
Cameras and sensors are used to find the way and avoid obstacles. We provide the privacy documentation for the model with the quote.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.

No. The SH1 does not navigate on its own and does not recharge on its own: it is always guided by an operator. It is a “smart” scrubber-dryer because of what it does on board: preset modes, alarms, consumables monitoring and reports in the PUDU Link app. If you are looking for operator-free cleaning, look at the Pudu CC1, ET1 or BG1 robots, which the SH1 can complement on edges and touch-ups.
From 1100 to 1600 m²/h, with a 44 cm scrubbing width and a 49 cm squeegee. Actual output depends on the operator, obstacles and dirt. In Standard mode the water is changed about every 20 minutes.
On hard floors: tiles, terrazzo, granite, sealed concrete, marble, epoxy resin and wood. It removes dust, soil, food and drink residues and grease. Brushes, pads and blades are chosen according to the floor and the dirt: for example the red pad for PVC and resin, the blue blades where there is oil and chemicals. It is not suitable for carpet.
Normal, Heavy Duty, ECO, Low residue, Soak, Water suction, Max brush, Accessories and ECO accessories. Each one adjusts brush, suction and water: Heavy Duty takes them all to maximum for stubborn dirt, Low residue uses little water and strong suction, Soak wets and brushes without suction, and the Accessories modes power the manual tools.
The 18 Ah lithium battery gives about 70 minutes in Standard mode and 100 minutes in ECO mode; it recharges in 2.5 hours, also while fitted in the machine. It has a quick-release fitting: with a second battery you swap it and get back to work while the other one charges.
The SH1 uses up to 80% less water and detergent than a mop. It has two 4 L tanks, one for the solution and one for recovery; the recovery tank separates air, liquids and solids to prevent the drain from clogging. An alarm warns you when the solution is low or the recovery tank is full.
Yes, with the manual accessories connected to the SH1’s suction: there is a tool for floors under tables, chairs and furniture, one for shop windows, mirrors and wall tiles, and one for spot touch-ups. The SH1 Manual Accessories Kit includes a rigid extension, a flexible hose and three tools.
It connects via Wi‑Fi to the PUDU Link app. For each cleaning session the PUDU Cleaning Report records duration, water used and area cleaned; the app shows data in real time and has anti-theft and operator management functions. If the network is unstable, the data stays in the machine’s memory for up to 2 months.
The SH1 is manual: it needs an operator, but it is compact, gets into narrow spaces and, with the accessories, also cleans vertical surfaces. CC1 and ET1 are autonomous scrubber-dryer robots: they work without an operator, even at night, with the station for water and charging. The CC1 (700–1000 m²/h) also cleans carpet; the ET1 is the compact robot for spaces from 100 to 800 m². The SH1’s 1100–1600 m²/h is an output with an operator: it cannot be compared directly with that of a robot.
After each use, clean the machine body, brush and squeegee; once a week, the float and the recovery tank seal. The squeegee blades are reversible: when one side is worn, the blade is turned over. The machine monitors components and consumables and reports faults in the brush and suction motors.
As a guide: red blades about 300 hours per side, blue blades about 200 hours per side, brush discs 180 to 300 hours depending on the type, pads 45 to 90 hours. With normal use this means discs every 3–6 months and blades every 6–12 months. We supply original spare parts with the right code for your floor.
On stairs and uneven ground the SH1 must be carried by hand: it weighs 27 kg. For storage it is put into the storage position and takes up 49 × 35 cm of floor space.
Yes: it scrubs and dries in the same pass, so the floor behind the machine stays dry, and ECO mode is the quietest (71 dB(A) compared with 76 dB(A) in Standard). It is useful precisely for touch-ups during opening hours, where a large scrubber-dryer would get in the way.
LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, helps you choose brushes, pads and blades for your floors, trains operators in use and maintenance and provides support and spare parts. On request we organise a demo at your premises.
Cameras and sensors are used for orientation and obstacle avoidance. PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 for information security and privacy. We provide the privacy documentation for the model with the quote; if data must stay on your premises, we assess PUDU Cloud Veil with you.
Yes. With PUDU Cloud Veil the data runs locally or on your private cloud and does not pass through PUDU servers: no data leakage at source and full control over the information, as required in environments with high confidentiality requirements. To connect the robot to your systems there is the PUDU Cloud Open API. We define the configuration and functions available for your model in the quote.
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy, verified by the certification body DNV. Data is encrypted and stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised personnel and a dedicated department oversees information security. Vulnerabilities are reported through an official channel. On the robot, settings and working modes are password-protected and the software is updated remotely.
Yes, every robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. The CC1 Pro is certified to IEC 63327, the safety standard for automatic floor-cleaning machines for commercial use. For the other models we provide the declaration and the standards applied with the quote.
