The raised Dolly Pallet has its deck at about 600 mm from the floor: pallets and containers reach the line at a more comfortable picking height and operators bend less. Corner guards, a fixed handle on one side and a retractable drawbar on the other for the tugger train.

Sizes 1200×800 and 1200×1000 mm, capacity 1000 kg, up to 4000 kg in the train, Ø 160 mm polyurethane wheels with brake.

The Dolly Pallet has a low deck, 1200x800 or 1200x1000, and is stackable when empty. The Raised Dolly Pallet brings the load to about 600 mm off the ground, with retaining corners: the operator picks with less bending. The Mini Dolly Pallet, 923x600 mm, is for 800x600 pallets and small cages. The Dolly Pallet Extension is 800 mm wide and 1200 to 1800 mm long, for long loads. All carry 1000 kg.

Up to 6 trolleys, with a total load of 4000 kg and a recommended maximum speed of 6 km/h. The retractable drawbar has 3 positions and a quick-coupling hook. We check train length and space on curves with you on the actual route.

At about 600 mm off the ground: 591 mm with anti-slip tape, 593 mm with aluminium chequer plate, 600 mm with plywood. If your workstations need a different gripping height, let’s talk: we will assess the solution with you.

On the tow vehicle you fit the Milkrun Drawbar, which tows a row of Dolly Pallets or Dolly Taxis. In the same train you can put different trolleys: Dolly Pallet, Raised, Mini, Dolly Taxi and Taxi Liner. The round runs at fixed times, takes full loads to the line and brings back the empties.

With the pallet on the floor the operator bends at every pick, right down to the bottom layers. With the deck at about 600 mm the load is closer to the hands: less bending, less fatigue and no lifter at the workstation. The trolley that arrives with the train stays at the line as the picking point.

160 mm polyurethane castors with aluminium centre and precision ball bearings, with foot guard: 2 fixed and 2 swivel with brake. With the 6-castor upgrade (Dolly Pallet, Raised and Dolly Taxi) the trolley turns 360° on the spot.

With 4 castors, 2 fixed and 2 swivel with brake, the trolley holds its direction well in the train. With the 6-castor upgrade, 2 fixed and 4 swivel of which 2 braked, it turns 360° on the spot: useful at workstations and in narrow aisles.

On one short side there is the fixed handle for pushing it by hand; on the opposite short side there is the retractable 3-position quick-coupling drawbar, for hitching it into the train with other trolleys.

With ratchet straps, fitted on the left or right side, and with retaining corners and plates. The Raised Dolly Pallet already has retaining corners.

Yes, with the dedicated coupling accessory, on request: a pallet dolly tows one or two rows of Dolly VII or Dolly 800x600 with drawbar. This way you carry pallets and stacks of KLT containers in the same train.
