When you replace a damaged axle or fit D32 rollers in the supports of the Lean line. Roller and axle have separate codes: tell us how many rollers you are fitting and we will confirm the components.

The D32 is the plain roller, the D32SK has a side flange that guides the container and keeps it in the lane. Choose the D32SK where the container must be guided laterally and the D32 where no guidance is needed. The D32SK only fits the support with 50 mm pitch.

With 37.5 mm the rollers are closer together and the container rests on more points; with 50 mm you use fewer rollers. If you need D32SK flanged rollers in the lane, choose the 50 mm pitch.

No, the stainless steel axle for roller D32 and D32SK is a separate item: you need one for each roller. Slide the roller onto the axle and fit it in the roller support.

No, the support is sold on its own: D32 or D32SK rollers and stainless steel axles are ordered separately, one axle for each roller.

Rollers make the containers roll and suit light loads and moderate inclines. The sliding rail is designed for steeply inclined lines and heavy containers: it holds 200 N per 100 mm, the D32 roller 120 N.

120 N is the static load of one roller. What the lane holds depends on how many rollers are working under the container, so on the support pitch (37.5 or 50 mm) and the length of the container base. For heavy containers there are the sliding rails. Send us the weight and dimensions of the containers: we will check the pitch with you.

They are a visual aid: with rollers of different colours you signal stock levels, for example a red roller at the reorder level in Kanban, or tell apart lanes for good parts and parts to be rejected. The permissible load is the same for all colours.

In ESD protected areas where you handle boards and electronic components. ESD rollers are made of PA: combine them with ESD roller supports and the U-profile ESD. Otherwise, standard PE rollers are fine.
