Three families of hook-on elements: supports with D32 rollers, without flange, or D32SK, with flange; GS or GSSK sliding rails with integrated side guide; RE45 or RE45SK roller elements. The ends are closed with the end plate.

The GS is the basic sliding rail. The GSSK also has an integrated side guide that guides the containers along the edge: choose it for outer lanes or where you have no other guides.

Both guide the containers laterally. The RE45SK makes them roll (20 N static); the GSSK sliding rail makes them slide and is designed for steep inclines and heavy containers (200 N per 100 mm).

For light containers: the static load is 20 N per element. For higher loads consider the RE39 (40 N) or the sliding rail.

Rollers make the containers roll and suit light loads and moderate inclines. The sliding rail is designed for steeply inclined lines and heavy containers: it holds 200 N per 100 mm, the D32 roller 120 N.

120 N is the static load of one roller. What the lane holds depends on how many rollers are working under the container, so on the support pitch (37.5 or 50 mm) and the length of the container base. For heavy containers there are the sliding rails. Send us the weight and dimensions of the containers: we will check the pitch with you.

On the U-profile of the Lean transfer line, the same one the D32 rollers and roller elements hook onto.

The permissible static load is 200 N per 100 mm of rail, the same for GS and GSSK.

Yes, the black version is ESD conductive, the dust grey one is not. For a complete ESD line, also use the U-profile ESD and the black ESD accessories.

The rail comes in 3000 mm bars. Tell us the lane lengths: we will tell you how many bars you need, together with profiles and accessories.

Yes, for several accessories (for example cover caps, hinges and nuts) there are conductive ESD versions, indicated in the name or variant. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will confirm the components to use.
