Up to 285 kg, with the load’s centre of gravity 400 mm from the mast: it is the highest-capacity model in the range. It has the M mast, 2000 mm high, with a 1440 mm stroke; if you need a stroke of up to 2000 mm and the load does not exceed 205 kg, choose the WP 205.

Two hours: as standard it has a 48 V – 18 Ah lithium battery that charges to 100% in 2 hours with the external charger. The charge level is shown on the control unit.

Stainless steel or HDPE platforms up to 200 kg, the wave platform with rollers up to 160 kg, the crane arm up to 200 kg and the electric core gripper that turns reels with a Ø 76 mm core through 90°, up to 200 kg. For the electric gripper the trolley must be ordered with the 2 additional electric functions option (WPR-O-0008).

Yes: the double mast has a transparent back frame, so you can see ahead while pushing the trolley with its dedicated ErgoControl handle. At the rear it has Ø 160 mm wheels with brakes, at the front fixed Ø 80 mm wheels.

A work positioner: the battery-powered electric lifter that lifts, carries and positions the part at the push of a button, with the right tool for the load: platform, forks, boom, gripper or crane arm. Capacities range from 55 to 285 kg.

With a work positioner and the right tool: the boom goes into the core of the reel, the gripper clamps it from the outside, and there is also an electric gripper that turns it through 90°. For drums there is the manual front tilting gripper, which lifts and tilts them with a handwheel.

Yes, in the stainless steel version: work positioner and tools in 304L stainless steel with IP 65 protection, from WP 55 to WP 285, for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Stainless units take tools in the SS version; the WP ONE comes in IP 44 steel only.

Overload protection stops lifting if the load is too heavy and the anti-crush system stops lowering if it meets an obstacle; there is also a reinforced toothed belt, shielded moving parts, soft start and stop and an emergency stop on the control unit. It must not be used to lift people.
