ESLF 65: pallet and box tilter 45°
Edmolift floor tilter: it tilts the load 45° on the long side, with single-acting cylinders, and brings it towards the operator for loading and unloading pallets, crates or containers. The frame houses the power unit: it is placed on the floor and connected. It is an industrial pallet and box tilter, also suitable as a container tilter.
Why choose it
The load comes towards you
By tilting pallets and bins the operator reaches the parts at the bottom without bending or leaning over.
Floor-mounted, power unit included
The floor frame houses the power unit: no pit and no external unit.
The load stays in place
230 mm high retaining edge as standard and anti-crush safety edges on all 4 sides.
Also on a lift table
The same tilter can be integrated into the platform of a lift table, with a single hydraulic system.
Choose it if…
- you load and unload pallets, crates or bins at floor level and want the load tilted towards the operator
- you only need to tilt, without lifting the load
- the load, measured at its centre of gravity, stays within the 6.5 kNm torque
Choose another solution if…
- if you need to tilt up to 90° EDLF 65 Tilter 90° →
- if you also want to lift the load, with tilt from +5° to −40° ALT 750 ArmLift →
- if you want to lift the pallet and tilt it 40° to the right or left TSLN 750 Pallet Lifter and Tilter 40° →
- if you need to lift the load and then tilt it: tilter on a lift table TL 2000 Single Scissor Lift Table →

Floor-mounted or on a lift table
On a lift table
The tilter is integrated into the platform, for example of a TL 2000: same hydraulic system, torques of 6.5, 13 or 18 kNm.

With single-acting cylinders the tilter reaches 45° (ESLF 65); with double-acting cylinders 90° (EDLF 65). With 90° rotation, beyond the vertical, the available torque is reduced: it must be checked in both directions.
Torque (kNm) = weight in kN × distance in metres between the hinge and the load centre of gravity; divide kg by about 100. Example: 1000 kg with the centre of gravity at 0.4 m gives about 4 kNm, so 6.5 kNm is enough. Beyond the vertical, at 90°, the available torque drops to about 4 kNm. The centre of gravity must stay at least 50 mm from the hinge.
Yes: integrated into the platform of a lift table, it shares its hydraulic system. It is available with 900, 1300 and 1700 mm platforms and torques of 6.5, 13 and 18 kNm.
No: the tilter stands on the floor and the frame houses the power unit, so there is no pit and no external unit. You place it on the floor and connect it.
The tilter has a 230 mm high retaining edge as standard, which keeps the load in place, and anti-crush safety edges on all 4 sides.
By lifting and tilting the load towards the operator: the Armlift lifts and tilts from +5° to −40°, the TSLN pallet lifter tilts the pallet by 40° to the right and left, and the tilters reach 45° or 90°. If the pallet is emptied or filled layer by layer, the PL 2002 pallet leveller keeps it at the right height at all times, without electricity.
The pallet lifter is loaded directly with a manual pallet truck and raises the pallet up to 970 mm, with free access on three sides; the TSE goes down to 10 mm. Among the Armlifts, the ALT 1500U, ALT 1500UE and ALT 1500GB have a U-shaped platform only 6 mm high and pick up pallets and trolleys straight from the floor.
With the ARZ and LTT 750 lifting arms: they take the trolley from the tugger train, lift it and tilt it towards the operator. The ARZ adjusts height and tilt from +5° to −40°; the LTT 750 lifts vertically and takes up the least space.
About 4 times a year or every 1000 cycles, whichever comes first: hydraulic oil (ISO 32) for leaks and level, hoses and cables, emergency stops and safety bars, by qualified staff with original spare parts. The user manual, with the wiring diagrams, is in the “Documents” section of the product page.
