Gear rack
Black polyamide gear rack, module 2, 10 teeth, 62.8 mm long, to fix in slot C10: with the pinion and a 10H9 hexagonal shaft it synchronises the two sides of very wide guides and prevents them from tilting.

Gear rack
On very wide guides a sliding unit tends to skew. With gear rack and pinion you can fit a synchronising shaft: the pinions on both sides, on a common 10H9 hexagonal shaft, mesh with the gear racks fixed in slot C10 and force the two sides to move together. The gear rack is fixed in the slot with a sliding block.
