It holds even where the pipe takes knocks.

GF-N aluminium expanding end cap
Closes the end of the Ø 28 mm pipe with an aluminium end cap that locks from the inside: tightening the M6 screw expands the rubber and fixes it to the profile. The head follows the shape of the GF-N profile, so the end stays neat and matches the rest of the structure.
Why choose it
Does not come out
Locks with the screw: holds even on uprights and cross members exposed to impacts.
Head shaped like the profile
Follows the GF-N section: the end looks like a continuation of the pipe.
Removable and reusable
Loosen the screw and the end cap slides out: useful when you modify the structure.
Data and compatibility

| Specification | Value |
|---|---|
| Code | GFA-C83 |
| Series | GF-N Ø 28 mm |
| Compatible with | GF-N profile, GF-N W, GF-N F35, GF-N F50, GF-N LS, GF-N LS with S slot |
| Material | Extruded aluminium, rubber and steel |
| Weight | 24 g |
| Screw | M6 × 25 |
| Tightening torque | 5 N·m |
Tighten the screw to the specified torque: beyond 5 N·m it does not hold any better and you risk damaging the rubber.

Slide the end cap into the pipe and tighten the M6 × 25 screw with the hex key to 5 N·m: the rubber expands and locks the end cap. To remove it, loosen the screw and pull it out.
The head has the same shape as the GF-N profile: the end looks like a continuation of the pipe, with a clean aluminium finish.
The standard GF-N profile and the W, F35, F50, LS and LS with S slot profiles. For T reinforced, Hard and C10 slotted profiles there are dedicated end caps.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
