Divider connector GF-N
Slide the panel into the connector and snap the connector onto the pipe: you get a divider to separate parts and components on shelves, trays and trolleys. Works with 3 or 5 mm panels.
Why choose it
Snap-on mounting
Clips on and off by hand: you move the dividers when the parts change.
Two thicknesses
The same connector holds both 3 and 5 mm panels.
Lightweight
4 g per connector: it adds no weight to trays and trolleys.

Application example
Divides the space on pipe shelves and trolleys without drilling or gluing.
- Shelves and trays: compartments for different parts
- Kit trolleys: separators between components
- Workbenches: marking out set-down areas
Data and compatibility

| Specification | Value |

If the divider takes knocks or strong side pushes, ask us for the version with M6 screw and nut: it is much more resistant to sliding.
Need to close a structure with panels or doors?
Send us the dimensions and photos of the structure: we will tell you which hinges, closures and panel holders you need, and how many.

If the panel is held only at the bottom by two connectors, keep it within 100 mm in height and keep the connectors no more than 500 mm apart. For taller dividers, fix the panel at other points as well.
In normal use the snap-on connector holds well. If the divider takes knocks or strong pushes, there is a version with M6 screw and nut that is much more resistant to sliding: just ask us.
3 or 5 mm: the connector is made for these two thicknesses.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
