LongLife Cold Performance - Protective Screens
The Protective Screen LongLife Cold Performance is a high-quality PVC screen with a special acrylate-based adhesive, designed for applying text and symbols to floors even in environments with temperatures down to -10 °C (reduced bonding temperature down to -20 °C). Resistant to abrasion, forklifts and washing, it does not damage floor surfaces and is immediately ready for use after application. Available in 9 border colors and 4 formats (1/3 DIN Landsc., 1/2 DIN A4, A5, A4), it extends visual differentiation capabilities for ground-level storage areas in qualified industrial environments. Cold Performance protective screens: floor label holders for cold stores
Transparent self-adhesive windows that protect labels, location codes and barcodes on the floor of cold stores and low-temperature warehouses. They can be applied in the cold, down to -20 °C, and withstand abrasion, forklift traffic and washing. 4 formats, border in 9 colours.

Where they are used
The Cold Performance protective screen is the floor label holder for cold areas:
- Cold stores and freezer warehouses: storage areas down to -20 °C
- Floor locations: pallet locations and storage lanes with code and barcode
- Goods in and out: delivery areas for raw materials and finished goods
- Rejects and empties: non-conforming goods and empty containers, each with its own colour
- 5S in sub-zero areas: order and standards inside the cold store too
For aisles and areas in the cold store use tapes and symbols from the same Cold Performance line: the same cold-resistant adhesive.
How to apply it, in 4 steps
Print the label
On plain paper, in the screen format: location, item number, barcode or QR code.
Clean the floor
The floor must be free of dust and oil: clean and degrease it with LongLife Cleaner.

Place the label, apply the screen over it and press the adhesive border firmly, ideally with the pressure roller.
View product →To change it
The label stays sealed under the window: to change it, remove the screen and apply a new one.
Ideal application down to -10 °C, possible down to -20 °C. Do not overlap the screen with other markings.
