Why choose it

Holds on rough floors

High adhesion on concrete, asphalt and uneven surfaces: MMA coatings, anti-slip floors, tiles and concrete pavers. It also suits smooth floors.

Print that does not wear off

3-layer technology with reverse printing: the pictogram is protected from abrasion and stays clearly visible for a long time.

Walk-on and drive-over

Wear-resistant, safe to walk on and drive-over: it signals the hazard where people and vehicles pass.

Standard pictograms

According to ORGATEX the warning and mandatory signs comply with ASR A1.3 (DIN EN ISO 7010).

Choose it if…

the floor is rough, textured or uneven: concrete, asphalt, MMA coatings, tiles, concrete pavers
you need to signal a prohibition, obligation or hazard at a specific point

When the floor is rough, textured or uneven: concrete, asphalt, MMA coatings, anti-slip floors, tiles or concrete pavers. There you need the high adhesion of the Rough Ground version; the standard signs are for smooth, even floors.

Yes: the signs can be driven over and are wear-resistant, and the reverse print is protected from abrasion by a 3-layer structure. As with the other LongLife products, ORGATEX advises avoiding steering and turning on the spot over the sign.

Prohibition: no forklift trucks, no pedestrians, no entry, no unauthorised access, no stopping, no smoking. Warning: forklift trucks, slippery surface. Mandatory: high-visibility clothing, eye and hearing protection, safety footwear, helmet. Traffic: stop, direction of travel, pedestrian route. Other symbols on request.

According to ORGATEX the warning and mandatory signs comply with ASR A1.3 (DIN EN ISO 7010), the German technical rule on safety signs.

ORGATEX specifies them as best suited to indoor use. For an outdoor area, ask us for advice before ordering: we will assess the floor and traffic with you.

The floor must be even, clean and free of dust, oil and grease. First clean thoroughly, then degrease the application strip with LongLife Cleaner. Remove old markings with the scraper and adhesive residue with LongLife Remover. On critical surfaces, such as porous or dusty concrete, LongLife Primer increases adhesion; outdoors it is always required.

Yes. Send us a floor plan or a few photos of the areas to be marked or made safe and tell us how they are used (traffic, vehicles, floor, stairs, exits): we will recommend the right products, with colours, formats and quantities. For larger sites or special situations we can consider a site visit on request.
