SmartCube Light
SmartCube® Light is the lighter, more modular version of the K.Hartwall SmartCube® collapsible cage: it protects goods in transit without shrink film and fills the truck up to the roof. It opens on 3 sides, with drop gates on the long and the short side.
Capacity 500 kg, weight 60 kg, outer size 1221×817×1212 mm; 4 stack when loaded, and when empty it folds flat and 12 stack: 192 empty cages in a 13.5 m semi-trailer.

SmartCube® Light: folding cage for transport and deliveries without stretch film
The lightest, most modular version of K.Hartwall's SmartCube® folding cage. It protects goods in transit without shrink film and fills the lorry right up to the roof. It opens from three sides: as well as the drop gate on the long side it also has one on the short side, for safe loading and unloading. It carries 500 kg; empty, it folds down and 12 can be stacked.
Why choose it
Full lorry
Loaded, they stack 4 at a time (3 on 1): you use the full height of the semi-trailer, up to 64 cages in a 13.5 m.
Access from three sides
Drop gates on the long side and on the short side too: you reach all the goods and load and unload without unnecessary effort.
No film
The structure protects the goods in transit: no shrink film to wrap, cut and dispose of.
Folds down in a few seconds
It is assembled and folded in a few seconds; empty, it takes up little space and on the return trip you load up to 192 in a 13.5 m.

Where SmartCube Light is used
Where goods travel by lorry and the empty container comes back:
- Distribution and retail: deliveries from the warehouse to stores, goods protected without film

A galvanised steel cage designed for manual loading and transport by lorry:

One with half opening, the other fixed.
Stackable assembled and folded
Loaded: up to 4 per stack (3 on 1). Empty and folded: up to 12 per stack.
Internal space
1101 × 723 × 1010 mm, within external dimensions of 1221 × 817 × 1212 mm.
