Why choose it
It lifts what you already have
It slides under shelves, racks, roll containers and carts and lifts them from the centre: no modifications, as long as the dimensions are compatible.
Pallets too
With the universal pallet bracket it carries loads up to 1.2 × 1.6 m and 600 kg.
Low and compact
845 × 500 × 255 mm, 94 kg: it fits through 65 cm corridors, narrower than those the T600 needs.
Safe and coordinated
ISO 3691-4 compliant. It works in fleets with other PUDU robots and, via VDA 5050, with robots from other brands.
Choose it if…
- You want to move shelves, racks or carts you already use, up to 600 kg, without modifying them.

Where it works
The T600 Underride carries load carriers around as they are, from goods-in to the line:
- From shelf to line: line-side supply with mobile shelves and racks
- From shelf to shelf: moves in high-density storage
- From goods-in to line side: existing roll containers and carts, with no transfers
- Pallets: with the universal bracket, loads up to 1.2 × 1.6 m
- Sectors: manufacturing (electronics, automotive components, metal fabrication), logistics, wholesale and retail
The compatibility of your carts depends on the clearance under the deck, dimensions and total weight within 600 kg: we check it during the site survey.
How it works
Slides under and lifts
It moves under the load carrier, lifts it from the centre and carries it to its destination; there it sets it down and sets off again.
Picks up and drops off on its own
It recognises groups of shelves and knows whether the drop-off spot is free: it completes the cycle without manual confirmation.
Narrow aisles
Depending on the aisle width and the size of the load, the robots switch between one and two lanes without getting stuck.
It navigates with LiDAR SLAM: no reflectors, tapes or markers. It has no screen or handle: missions come from the app, call buttons or company systems.
How it is controlled
With no on-board screen, the T600 Underride receives its missions from outside:
PUDU Link app
Assign and track missions from your smartphone.
PUDU Pager
From the workstations the operator calls the robot with one button: PUDU Pager or goods call buttons.
View product →WMS, MES and fleet managers
Missions via API from the PUDU Open Platform or from a fleet manager with VDA 5050.
Elevators and doors
With the IoT modules it changes floors and passes through gates; with several robots it gives priority to the free elevator.
View product →PUDU OS: the software that lets the T600 Underride work on its own
PUDU OS is the operating system of PUDU robots: maps, navigation, route planning, updates and data. In practice:
Maps and navigation
You map the site once with LiDAR SLAM and define pick-up and drop-off points, areas and traffic rules; when the layout changes you update the map.
Fleet, PUDU Link and PUDU Pager
With the other PUDU robots it uses hybrid scheduling, with robots from other brands it communicates via VDA 5050. Calls from buttons or PUDU Pager, app or API; with PUDU Link you control all your PUDU robots remotely.
PUDU Open Platform API
With the Cloud API (or the Private Cloud API for private installations) your WMS, MES or ERP sends missions and receives status, position and errors in real time via callbacks, plus the history of missions, charging and faults.
PUDU Skill
A package for AI coding tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs: whoever develops the integration with your systems writes it faster.
A single PUDU ecosystem for cleaning, delivery and logistics: same app, same reports. API access goes through the distributor: we activate it. For the T600 series, on-premise or private cloud installation is also available.
Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
It comes with a GDPR compliance declaration signed by the manufacturer. It does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces: cameras and sensors are used only to find its way and avoid obstacles. Only operating data goes to the cloud: routes, activities, status and faults.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The T600 series complies with ISO 3691-4, the safety standard for driverless industrial trucks. The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.

T600
|
An AGV follows fixed paths (magnetic tape, wires or markers) and stops in front of an obstacle. An AMR like the T300 maps the environment, plans its own route and drives around obstacles: it is installed without floor works and reprogrammed in minutes when the layout changes.
Both carry 600 kg. The T600 Underride is 255 mm high and slides under shelves, racks and carts to lift them, or under pallets with the dedicated bracket; it has no screen or handle, navigates with LiDAR only, does not have the follow and power-assisted pushing modes and fits through 65 cm. The T600 is a column robot, 1350 mm high, with touchscreen, handle with power-assisted pushing, floor projection and VSLAM + LiDAR navigation, and needs 70 cm of passage.
Yes, if the dimensions are compatible: the robot slides underneath, lifts from the centre up to 600 kg and takes the load to its destination without modifying the cart. What matters is the free space under the deck, the dimensions and the total weight, cart included, within 600 kg: the robot is 255 mm high and lifts by 60 mm. We check them during the site survey.
Yes, with the universal pallet bracket, an accessory: loads up to 1.2 × 1.6 m and 600 kg. For heavier pallets, up to 2,000 kg, to be picked up from the floor with forks, there is the Pudu MP2000.
It measures 845 × 500 × 255 mm and weighs 94 kg. It fits through 65 cm corridors, climbs thresholds up to 10 mm, gaps up to 35 mm and slopes up to 5°; it works from 0 to 40 °C. The 30 Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery is replaceable: up to 12 hours without load, about 6 hours at full load and charging 0–90% in about 2 hours, at the station, with the cable or by swapping the battery.
Yes: like the whole T600 series it complies with ISO 3691-4, the safety standard for driverless industrial trucks. It detects people and obstacles with front and rear LiDAR and two downward-facing depth cameras, and slows down or stops; it has an anti-collision bumper and two emergency stop buttons. It does not have the T600’s floor projection: we study routes and crossings with forklifts with you during the site survey.
They use an adaptive aisle strategy (Narrow Aisle Strategy), adjusting traffic rules (single or double lane) to the aisle width and the load footprint, avoiding bottlenecks and fleet deadlocks.
From the PUDU Link app, from workstations with the PUDU Pager or material call buttons, or automatically from WMS, MES or ERP via API, or from a fleet manager with VDA 5050. Typical missions: shelf to line, shelf to shelf, goods receiving to line side.
Yes: the T600 series supports VDA 5050, the communication protocol between autonomous guided vehicles and fleet management systems, so it can work with other robots and fleet managers. With other PUDU robots it uses hybrid scheduling; the T600 can also work on its own, without a central system.
If required, yes: the T600 series can also be installed on-premise or in a private cloud, with the data inside the company network. Alternatively it is managed in the cloud with the PUDU Link app. We make the choice with your IT team during the analysis phase.
Both lift the load from underneath. The T300L carries up to 300 kg with dedicated racks, such as the PUDU Lifting Rack, and has a screen, handle and follow mode. The T600 Underride carries up to 600 kg, slides under existing shelves and carts, or under pallets with the bracket, and works only automatically.
Yes, with the PUDU Open Platform: the Cloud API, or the Private Cloud API for private installations, lets your system send missions and receive status and events in real time via callbacks. For developers there is the PUDU Skill, a package for AI programming tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs. API keys go through the distributor: we activate them and support your IT team or integrator; with fleet managers VDA 5050 is used.
No floor work or reflectors are needed: we create the map, define pick-up and drop-off points, routes and traffic rules and connect elevators, doors and systems. Timing depends on area, number of points and integrations: we define it with you during the analysis phase. You can start with one robot and add more later.
LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, handles site survey and flow analysis, installation, mapping, integration and operator training, with direct support throughout Italy. On request we organise a demo at your premises.
Yes. The manufacturer has signed a GDPR compliance declaration for T300, T600, PuduBot 2, KettyBot Pro and BellaBot Pro. The robot does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces. The depth sensors are used to plan the route: the data is continuously overwritten and is neither saved nor sent to the cloud. The ceiling-facing VSLAM camera is used only for localisation: the images are converted on the robot into geometric points and then deleted. Only operating data (routes, completed tasks, status and faults) goes to the PUDU cloud, no personal data. We provide the declaration with the quote.
Yes. With PUDU Cloud Veil the data runs locally or on your private cloud and does not pass through PUDU servers: no data leakage at source and full control over the information, as required in environments with high confidentiality requirements. To connect the robot to your systems there is the PUDU Cloud Open API. We define the configuration and functions available for your model in the quote.
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy, verified by the certification body DNV. Data is encrypted and stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised personnel and a dedicated department oversees information security. Vulnerabilities are reported through an official channel. On the robot, settings and working modes are password-protected and the software is updated remotely.
Yes, every robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. The T300 has CE certification (Machinery Directive and RED Directive) issued by TÜV SÜD, according to EN ISO 3691-4 (driverless industrial trucks) and EN 1175 (electrical safety of industrial trucks). The T600 series complies with ISO 3691-4. For the MP2000 we provide the declaration and the standards applied with the quote.
