Quick Label self-adhesive label holder: for fixed locations

The transparent self-adhesive label holder for shelves, pallets and containers: a foam strip fixes it to smooth surfaces, metal or not. It is designed for fixed locations with changing items: the insert slides in from the top, right or left and is swapped in seconds. Same formats and ET inserts as the Standard magnetic label holder, from 20 × 75 to 67 × 200 mm.

Why choose it

Holds on many surfaces

The foam adhesive sticks to racks, pallets and containers in metal, aluminium or plastic, as long as they are smooth and dust-free.

Change the insert, not the holder

Open on three sides: the insert goes in from the top or the side and is replaced when the item changes, even if it is larger than the standard size.

Protected and readable

The transparent PVC shields the label from dust and dirt; barcodes and QR codes are read without removing it.

Same formats as the magnetic one

The 15 formats and ET inserts are the same as the Standard magnetic label holder: one system for metal and non-metal shelving.

Choose the format (height × width in mm); the ET insert is the same as for the Standard label holder, for example 20 × 100 → ET210, 38 × 100 → ET300, 67 × 200 → ET670. Apply the foam adhesive strip to smooth, dust-free surfaces.

Smooth, dust-free surfaces: racks, pallets and containers in metal, aluminium or plastic. It is fixed with a foam adhesive strip. If the location changes often on metal racks, the magnetic version is the better choice.

The same as for the Standard label holder, matching the format: 20 × 75 → ET190, 20 × 100 → ET210, 27 × 100 → ET100, 38 × 100 → ET300, 47 × 100 → ET400, 67 × 150 → ET650, 67 × 200 → ET670.

Yes: Quick Label is open on three sides, so it also takes inserts larger than the standard size.

The magnetic holder sticks to all iron and steel surfaces – shelves, cabinets, machines, metal mesh boxes and containers – does not slip and can be moved without tools. The self-adhesive holder is fixed with foam strips on metal, wood, plastic and glass, even if the surface is not perfectly flat, and holds even under strong vibration: it is the choice for positions that do not change. If the container has no suitable surface, use the hanging pocket with brackets or hooks. On non-metal surfaces you can also stick on the self-adhesive metal tape or magnetic tape and then use magnetic products.

For label holders, Kanban-Covers and Kanban sleeves there are pre-cut cards on A4 sheets with micro-perforation: they print on any printer and separate without scissors. On the Cardboard product page you will find Word and Excel templates for the formats. Magnetic Windows® and repositionable adhesive windows are written on with non-permanent markers; on writable magnetic labels, writing done with a water-based marker is wiped off with a damp cloth. Anti-Stick label holders serve as a base for printed adhesive labels, which then come off without residue.

It depends on the product. Repositionable adhesive windows have an adhesive frame that comes off without residue and can be reapplied many times on smooth surfaces such as glass, metal and plastic. On Anti-Stick label holders, with their siliconised surface, adhesive labels come off without residue and can be applied again and again. For pockets, Label Covers and label holders with foam adhesive ORGATEX does not state residue-free removal: if the position changes often, choose the magnetic versions, which move without leaving adhesive behind.

Quantities are ordered in packs: the number of pieces is shown in the «Pack» attribute of each product. Document pockets come in packs of 10; previously packs of 50 were shown, so for the same quantity order 5 packs. Label holders usually come in 50 or 100 pieces, KAN-Label and KLT-Snapper Kanban sleeves in 50; for Mega label holders and insert cards the number depends on the format.

First choose the look: clear label holders, or white ones such as Anti-Stick, have no colour coding; coloured ones distinguish zones, departments or product families. Then the fixing. If the location does not change, choose self-adhesive, for permanent identification: Quick Label, 40° angled, Anti-Stick, Flexschild and the self-adhesive Label Top, Label Plus and Mega stay on the shelf, and when the item changes only the insert is changed. If locations move or are reorganised, choose magnetic, for temporary identification: magnetic Standard, Color, Anti-Stick, «C» profile, Label Top, Label Plus and Mega or writable magnetic labels, which are moved without tools and without leaving adhesive; on non-metal shelving first stick on the BMS35 self-adhesive metal tape or the self-adhesive magnetic tape.
