Systembox
The Systembox is a colored plastic kanban holder measuring 182×122×10 mm (standard version), featuring integrated interlocks for vertical and lateral chaining of multiple units. Available in 8 colors, it enables the creation of traffic-light visual systems for production priority control. Sold in packs of 50 pieces, it is compatible with dedicated upper and lower supports for wall or rack-mounted installation.

Features
The Systembox is a kanban holder element made of colored plastic material provided with interlocks for vertical and lateral chaining of multiple elements. The use of colored elements allows the creation of the traffic light for production priority control. The elasticity of the Systembox system allows the implementation of a single position at a time in both rows and columns. The back slot expands the possible sizes of usable Kanban by allowing the insertion of a T-element that adjusts in increments/decrements of 5 mm. Attachment accessories and add-on and complementary components make Systemboxes a complete and clear system for YOUR Kanban management. Usable for creating Heijunka for production leveling and Lot Size Kanban for small batch management.

The choice of using gray Systemboxes and colored cardboards to be inserted in the front and top windows optimizes their stock and still allows for the creation of a clearly readable Kanban Semaphore. Changing the rhythms of the semaphore also becomes more streamlined as there is no need to disassemble and reassemble the Systemboxes but just replace the colored cards.
