ARZ 1200 Logistic Train ArmLift
The ARZ 1200 is an electro-hydraulic lifting arm designed for logistic trains in production areas without forklift access, with a capacity of 1200 kg and a lifting stroke of 550 mm (minimum height 220 mm). The 1020×770 mm load deck has side restraints (H=230 mm) and allows tilting on the short side from +5° to -40°, making ergonomic unloading of materials easier. The unit is powered by 400V three-phase supply with a 0.95 kW (S3) internal power pack, a lifting time of 15 seconds and control via a standard 4-button control unit. CE certified to EN 1570-1.

Edmolift lifting arm developed with a major automotive manufacturer to handle materials without forklifts: the trolley arrives with the logistic train, the ARZ lifts it and tilts it from +5° to −40° towards the operator. Height and angle are adjusted manually or automatically.
