GF-S profile with C6 slot: Ø 19 mm pipe with slot for connectors and accessories
The GF-S Ø 19 mm pipe with a C6 slot: with the slot nut you mount GF-S connectors wherever you want, and with slot hooks and fixings you hang small accessories. It weighs 0.30 kg/m and is the profile for light equipped frames.
Why choose it
Connectors where you need them
With the C6 slot nut you fix a GF-S connector at any point on the profile.
Light accessories
J-hooks and fixings for C6 slot for signs, tools and cables.
Lightweight
0.30 kg/m: slim frames that are easy to move.
A slot on the larger pipes too
You add the same C6 slot to Ø 28 and Ø 43 pipes with the C6 slot adapter.
Choose it if…
- You want to mount connectors and accessories in an adjustable position on a light frame.
- You need hooks or fixings along the Ø 19 pipe.
- You are building small equipped frames on workstations or trolleys.
Choose another solution if…
- You do not need the slot: the basic pipe is lighter: GF-S profile →
- You need a 10 mm slot for T-nuts and castors: GF-N profile with C10 slot →
- You need a label flange on the Ø 19 pipe: GF-S F22 profile →

Application example
The slotted GF-S is used for light frames that carry accessories:
- Supports for tools, screens and documents on workstations
- Equipped frames with hooks and small containers
- Light structures with connectors in adjustable positions
What you mount in the C6 slot
The same C6 slot can be added to GF-N and GF-G pipes with the C6 slot adapter.
How you use it
Slot, slot nuts and hooks:
Connectors in the slot
Insert the GFA-619 slot nut into the slot and mount the GF-S connector where needed.
Hooks and accessories
The J-hook for C6 slot holds up to 1.5 kg: for light tools and signs.
Closed end
Close the end with the dedicated inner end cap GFA-408.
Tell us what you need to hang or fix: we will specify slot nuts, hooks and quantities.
The LeanProducts service
From drawing to finished structure, with a single point of contact:
Design and load calculation
We start from your sketch or dimensions: we choose profiles and connectors and check spans, joints and loads.
Cut to length
We cut the profiles in our workshop to the lengths in the design, ready to assemble.
Kit or assembled structure
You receive the kit with the cut parts and the list of components, or the structure already assembled.
Spare parts and modifications
When the process changes we supply components and new cuts to modify or extend the structure.
Send us a sketch, a photo or the overall dimensions: we will reply with codes, quantities and cut lengths.

Insert the C6 slot nut GFA-619 into the slot and fix the GF-S connector to it. You can move it along the profile by loosening the screw.
J-hooks for tools and signs, up to 1.5 kg each, GF-S connectors with the slot nut and other fixings for C6 slot. Tell us what you need to hang and we will specify the components.
It has the C6 slot for accessories and connectors in any position and weighs 0.30 kg/m instead of 0.20. Stiffness is similar: from 0.20 to 0.38 × 10⁴ mm⁴ depending on the axis, against 0.27 for GF-S.
The C6 is on the light Ø 19 pipe and is designed for GF-S connectors and light accessories. The C10 is on the Ø 28 and Ø 43 pipes and takes T-nuts, plate castors, rollers and panels. Choose according to what you need to fix and the load.
Yes, with the C6 slot adapter GFQ-017: it fixes onto the GF-N or GF-G pipe and adds a C6 slot where you need it.
The dedicated inner end cap GFA-408, made for the slotted section. The standard GF-S end cap is not suitable for this profile.
The GF-S profile is the basic Ø 19 pipe. The one with C6 slot adds a slot for slot nuts, hooks and accessories. The Hard has a thick wall, almost double the moment of inertia and an M8 threadable end for feet. The W joins two pipes into a 44 mm wide profile, more than 10 times stiffer when mounted upright. F35 and F22 have a flat flange for labels, tags and light supports.
The GF-N Ø 28 is the standard for workstations, flow racks and trolleys. The GF-S Ø 19 weighs about half as much (0.20 kg/m versus 0.37) and is for light frames, dividers, guards and small mechanisms. The GF-G Ø 43 is for uprights and cross members that have to carry a lot: over a 1000 mm span it supports 851 N at the centre versus 195 N for the GF-N, for the same deflection. It is often worth mixing them, for example GF-G uprights and GF-N cross members joined by mixed connectors.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
