GF-S F35 profile: Ø 19 mm pipe with 35 mm flat flange
The GF-S Ø 19 mm pipe with a 35 mm flat flange: it carries labels, tags and small containers, or acts as an end stop and light support. It is the slim version of the GF-N F35, for light structures and small workstations. It weighs 0.40 kg/m.
Why choose it
Labels on the profile
The flat flange carries tags and signs along the whole cross member.
Light support
Acts as an end stop and support for small objects.
Stiffer than GF-S
Moment of inertia 0.93 × 10⁴ mm⁴, more than three times the GF-S pipe.
Small footprint
19 mm pipe: the slim version of the F35.
Choose it if…
- You want labels or tags on a GF-S structure.
- You need a light support that takes up little space.
- You need more stiffness than plain GF-S.
Choose another solution if…
- The structure is in Ø 28 pipe or carries more load: GF-N F35 profile →
- You need a more compact flange on the Ø 19 pipe: GF-S F22 profile →
- You do not need the flange: GF-S profile →

Application example
The GF-S F35 is used as a cross member that identifies or supports:
- Front cross members of small shelving units with tags
- Light workstations with supports for small objects
- Visual management on GF-S structures
How you use it
Three typical uses of the flange:
Labels
Apply labels and tags on the flat flange.
Support
Use the flange as an end stop or support for small objects.
Closed end
Close the end with the GF-S inner end cap GFA-403.
Tell us which way the flange should face: we take it into account when positioning the joints.
The LeanProducts service
From drawing to finished structure, with a single point of contact:
Design and load calculation
We start from your sketch or dimensions: we choose profiles and connectors and check spans, joints and loads.
Cut to length
We cut the profiles in our workshop to the lengths in the design, ready to assemble.
Kit or assembled structure
You receive the kit with the cut parts and the list of components, or the structure already assembled.
Spare parts and modifications
When the process changes we supply components and new cuts to modify or extend the structure.
Send us a sketch, a photo or the overall dimensions: we will reply with codes, quantities and cut lengths.

For carrying labels, tags and signs directly on the profile, or acting as an end stop and support for small objects.
Same idea, different pipe: the GF-S F35 has the Ø 19 pipe and weighs 0.40 kg/m; the GF-N F35 has the Ø 28 pipe, weighs 0.67 kg/m and is much stiffer (3.37 against 0.93 × 10⁴ mm⁴). For load-bearing structures choose GF-N.
Both are Ø 19 pipes with a flange: the F35 has the wider flange and is slightly stiffer; the F22 has the more compact flange, handy as a label holder.
GF-S Ø 19 series connectors. When we prepare the component list, we also check the orientation of the flange relative to the joints.
With the GF-S inner end cap GFA-403, the same as for the GF-S pipe.
0.40 kg/m, with a moment of inertia of 0.93 × 10⁴ mm⁴: more than three times plain GF-S, which has 0.27.
The GF-S profile is the basic Ø 19 pipe. The one with C6 slot adds a slot for slot nuts, hooks and accessories. The Hard has a thick wall, almost double the moment of inertia and an M8 threadable end for feet. The W joins two pipes into a 44 mm wide profile, more than 10 times stiffer when mounted upright. F35 and F22 have a flat flange for labels, tags and light supports.
The GF-N Ø 28 is the standard for workstations, flow racks and trolleys. The GF-S Ø 19 weighs about half as much (0.20 kg/m versus 0.37) and is for light frames, dividers, guards and small mechanisms. The GF-G Ø 43 is for uprights and cross members that have to carry a lot: over a 1000 mm span it supports 851 N at the centre versus 195 N for the GF-N, for the same deflection. It is often worth mixing them, for example GF-G uprights and GF-N cross members joined by mixed connectors.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
