Spring mount GF-N/G
In karakuri mechanisms the return spring has to hook onto the structure at a precise point: the spring mount clamps onto the pipe with a bolt and carries a stainless steel eyelet where you hook the spring. It fits on the GF-N Ø 28 pipe and also on the GF-G Ø 43 pipe. This is a discontinued item that we sell while stocks last.
Why choose it
Fixed point for the spring
Hook the return spring wherever you need it along the pipe.
Compact
Protrudes 37.5 mm from the side of the pipe, 12 mm wide.
Two diameters
Fits on the Ø 28 pipe and the Ø 43 pipe.

Application example
Clamps onto the pipe and acts as a fixed point for the spring.
- Return springs for karakuri flaps and stops
- Return of levers and arms
- Shelves that rise when unloaded

Place it on the pipe at the chosen point and tighten the bolt: the mount locks onto the pipe. Then hook the spring onto the stainless steel eyelet.
Version 2 is taller and wider (46 mm and 15.5 mm versus 37.5 mm and 12 mm), weighs 26 g and has a Ø 3 mm hole through which a Ø 2 mm cable can also pass.
This item is no longer in production and we sell it while stocks last. When they run out we will suggest the alternative: tell us which spring you use and which pipe you hook it onto, and we will tell you which component to use instead.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
