https://leanproducts.eu/shop/p-bbp-bellabot-pro-robot-1362 https://leanproducts.eu/web/image/product.template/1362/image_1920?unique=f066733Bellabot Pro Robot is a premium delivery and marketing robot equipped with SLAM + LiDAR and visual navigation (VSLAM+) enabling rapid mapping without structural modifications to the environment. With a total payload capacity of 40 kg (4 trays of 10 kg each, dimensions 410×500 mm), adjustable speed between 0.2 and 1.2 m/s and autonomy up to 11 hours, it guarantees continuous operation in food service and retail environments even in complex settings. The dual LCD screens (10.1" and 18.5") support voice communication, customer greeting and personalized advertising functions, while tray visual detection and the Omni-Sense safety system ensure operational reliability. The replaceable battery charges fully in 4.5 hours, making the operational cycle flexible and suitable for extended shifts.
PUDU · Waiter and advertising robot
Pudu BellaBot Pro: waiter robot for restaurants with an 18.5" advertising screen
The waiter robot that brings dishes to the tables, takes the dirty ones back and advertises at the same time: 4 trays of 10 kg each, a stable chassis for soups and drinks and an 18.5" screen for promotions and menus. It recognises on its own when the guest has taken the dish and sets off again. LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, handles site survey, mapping, customisation and training.

Why choose it
Dishes and soups without spilling
Automotive-grade chassis with adaptive suspension: soups, broths and drinks reach the table steadily. Four 10 kg trays to serve more tables in one round.
It knows when the dish has been taken
A fish-eye camera monitors the trays: when the guest takes the dish the robot sets off again on its own. The light on the tray shows which one to take and a voice prompt warns if the wrong one is picked up.
Advertising while it works
The 18.5" screen shows promotions, menus and videos while the robot serves: you set playlist, frequency and order of the ads from the PUDU management platform.
Long shifts
Up to 11 hours of battery life without load and a swappable battery: change the battery and the robot is back on the floor.
Choose it if…
- You run a restaurant, pizzeria or breakfast room with aisles between tables of at least 65 cm.
- You serve hot dishes, soups and drinks and want a stable waiter robot with 4 trays.
- You also want to advertise in the dining room: promotions, daily menu, events.
- You work long or double shifts and need a swappable battery.
- You want to call the robot from the kitchen or bar with a button or a watch.
Choose another solution if…
- Aisles are narrow (55 cm) or you mainly need guest reception and guiding to the table: KettyBot Pro Robot →
- You need to deliver to rooms or across several floors, with closed compartments and elevator: FlashBot Max Robot →
- Your rooms are very large (80 cm aisles) and you need large trays, also outside food service: PuduBot 2 Robot →
- You need to move heavy loads, up to 300 kg, between warehouse and departments: Pudu T300 →

Where it works
The BellaBot Pro works indoors, on flat floors, wherever something needs to be carried and noticed:
- Restaurants: runner between kitchen and tables, collecting dirty dishes, birthdays with music and lights; staff stay on the floor to welcome guests and give advice
- Hotels and resorts: breakfast room, restaurant and bar; it guides guests to their table
- Retail and shopping centres: moving promotions on the 18.5" screen and sample distribution in cruise mode
- Sports, entertainment and transport: snacks and drinks in cruise mode, advertising in waiting areas and thoroughfares
- Care homes and healthcare facilities: meals and everyday items between wards on the same floor, so staff stay close to residents
- Schools, campuses and staff canteens: delivery of food and drinks between kitchen, canteen and bar
It works between 0 and 40 °C on flat floors: it handles thresholds up to 10 mm and slopes up to 5°. It is not suitable for outdoor use. In healthcare we propose it for meals and non-critical items, not for drugs or clinical samples.

Error-free delivery to the tables
From tray to table
Put the dishes on the trays and choose the tables: the robot serves them in sequence, alerts the guest on arrival and, once the dish has been taken, moves on to the next table or returns to the starting point.
Omni-Sense safety
2 front cameras and 3 RGBD sensors cover the whole front, together with the navigation LiDAR: the robot stops in front of obstacles and goes around them. At intersections it projects a signal on the floor to warn anyone approaching.
Fits through 65 cm
It needs only 65 cm to pass and 65 cm to turn: it moves between tables and chairs even when the room is full.
Five working modes: multi-table delivery, cruise with snacks and drinks, guiding guests to the table, collecting dirty dishes and birthday with music and lights.
Advertising, interaction and battery
18.5" advertising screen
The anti-glare screen in the middle of the body stays at eye level: promotional videos and images, menus and offers while the robot serves or cruises.
Custom content
From the PUDU management platform you create the playlist and choose frequency and order of the ads; you can change them whenever you like.
Swappable battery
25.6 Ah battery that recharges in 4.5 hours. With a charged spare battery you swap it and the robot resumes service.
Cat face with animated expressions, touch-sensitive ears and back, voice and lights: children and families love the BellaBot Pro.
How it is managed
Staff use it with a few taps, on the robot or remotely:
10.1" touchscreen
Choose tables and mode on the control screen; the robot confirms by voice and with the light on the tray to be taken.
Call from the kitchen or the table
With PUDU Pager buttons or the PUDU Watch 4G you send the robot where it is needed, without going back to the screen.
View product →Cruise and fixed routes
Set routes to offer snacks and drinks or to run advertising at peak times.
Doors and passages
With the IoT module for automatic doors and turnstiles the robot passes through on its own; we check this during the site survey.
When the battery drops below the threshold you set (5 to 50%) the robot returns to the charging point on its own: there you charge it with the cable or swap the battery.
PUDU OS: the software that keeps the BellaBot Pro working
PUDU OS is the operating system of PUDU robots: it handles maps, navigation, tasks, updates and data. In practice:
Maps and navigation
Laser and visual navigation (VSLAM+ and LiDAR SLAM) over areas up to 200,000 m² and with ceilings up to 30 m. We map the room once; tables and points can be changed when the layout changes.
OTA updates
The robot software updates over the network: new PUDU features arrive without any hardware work.
PUDU Link, Pager and Watch
With the PUDU Link app you see status, tasks and battery of all your PUDU robots on a single screen and call them remotely. PUDU Pager buttons (LoRa network, they work even without internet) and the PUDU Watch 4G call the robot with one touch.
Open Platform and PUDU Skill
With the Cloud API of the PUDU Open Platform your POS or management system can send delivery tasks and receive the status in real time: there are no ready-made connectors for specific software, the integration is developed on the APIs. PUDU Skill, the PUDU package for AI coding tools, helps your developers write it faster.
A single PUDU ecosystem for cleaning, delivery and logistics: same app, same reports. As the distributor, we activate API access and support your IT team or integrator.
Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
It comes with a GDPR compliance declaration signed by the manufacturer. It does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces: cameras and sensors are used only to find its way and avoid obstacles. Only operating data goes to the cloud: routes, activities, status and faults.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.

Pudu Robotics
|
It is PUDU’s waiter and advertising robot, launched in 2024 as an evolution of the BellaBot. It brings dishes and drinks to the tables, takes dirty dishes back, guides guests to their table, tours the room with snacks and drinks in cruise mode and celebrates birthdays with music and lights. Meanwhile it shows promotions and menus on its 18.5" advertising screen.
It was designed for food service (restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, bars, breakfast rooms), but it also works well in hotels and resorts, shops and shopping centres, entertainment venues, care homes, offices and canteens. It needs an indoor environment with a level floor and passages of at least 65 cm.
It depends on what you carry and where. The BellaBot Pro is the waiter robot for the dining room: 4 trays of 10 kg, a stable chassis for soups and drinks and an 18.5" advertising screen; it fits through 65 cm. The KettyBot Pro is the most compact (55 cm): it welcomes customers, guides them to the table or shelf and advertises on its 18.5" screen, with 2 trays plus a compartment for dirty dishes. The PuduBot 2 has large 520 × 435 mm trays and dual LiDAR: it suits large dining rooms, canteens and production departments, but needs 80 cm passages and has no advertising screen. The FlashBot Max is the only one with closed compartments (PIN, phone number, NFC) and that uses elevators and turnstiles: it is the robot for hotels, offices and care homes on several floors, not for the dining room. During the site survey we tell you which one you need.
No, it works alongside them. The robot makes the repetitive trips between kitchen and tables, carries heavy dishes and takes the dirty ones back; staff stay in the dining room to welcome guests, take orders and give advice. The robot does not put the dish on the table: the guest takes it from the tray, or the waiter does. It works indoors, on level floors: during the site survey we check with you the space between tables, thresholds and routes.
The BellaBot Pro needs just 65 cm of passage, the same it needs to turn. It climbs thresholds up to 10 mm and slopes up to 5° and works on level, smooth indoor floors, between 0 and 40 °C. It is not suitable for outdoor use, for outdoor seating areas on uneven paving or for steps. During the site survey we measure passages and critical points with you.
In three ways, besides the touchscreen. PUDU Pager buttons work on a LoRa network and also without internet: the pager reaches the gateway up to 720 m away, the gateway reaches the robot up to 80 m away and the pager battery lasts 0.8–1.2 years. The PUDU Watch 4G sends the robot when you hold an NFC card to it and alerts you when the robot arrives. With the PUDU Link app you can also call it remotely. Our kit includes 10 pagers, 1 gateway and 2 LoRa modules.
Automatic doors and turnstiles, yes: with the IoT control module it goes through them on its own, and we check this during the site survey. The elevator, no: the BellaBot Pro works on a single floor. For deliveries on several floors the right PUDU robot is the FlashBot Max.
With the PUDU Link app you see and manage all your PUDU robots from the same screen: status, tasks and battery. How many robots you need and how to divide rooms and routes is something we assess during the site survey, based on covers, distances from the kitchen and peak hours.
The robot connects via 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth and 4G. The network is needed for the PUDU Link app, updates and advertising content; PUDU Pagers use their own LoRa network and also work without internet. During the site survey we check coverage along the routes.
No: BellaBot Pro, KettyBot Pro and PuduBot 2 handle transport. Orders stay with your staff or with the system you already use (handheld devices, QR codes at the table, kiosks). You send the robot to the table from its screen, from the app or with PUDU call systems. Connecting it to the POS is possible, with development on the PUDU Open Platform APIs.
There are no ready-made connectors for a specific POS or PMS. The connection is made with the PUDU Open Platform (Cloud API): your system sends delivery tasks, reads the robots’ status and receives real-time updates via webhooks; usage statistics are also available. Typical use cases: POS and ERP in food service, PMS in hotels, hospital systems and building management. For developers there is the PUDU Skill, a package for AI programming tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs. We activate API access as distributor and support your IT team or integrator.
Clean it with the robot switched off, using a dry cloth: no water. Wheels, trays and sensors should be cleaned every week and the body every month. If the robot loses its position, select the right map, take it back to the starting point and clean the visual sensor; mirrors and highly reflective surfaces may require matt stickers, which we assess during the site survey. For support and spare parts you stay in direct contact with our technicians.
LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy. We start with the site survey: passages, floors and thresholds, Wi‑Fi or 4G coverage, any doors and elevators; on request we organise a demo at your premises. At installation we create the map, set up tables or delivery points, calls and content, then train your staff. After start-up you have direct support throughout Italy, by phone and with remote access, and original PUDU spare parts.
Yes. The manufacturer has signed a GDPR compliance declaration for T300, T600, PuduBot 2, KettyBot Pro and BellaBot Pro. The robot does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces. The depth sensors are used to plan the route: the data is continuously overwritten and is neither saved nor sent to the cloud. The ceiling-facing VSLAM camera is used only for localisation: the images are converted on the robot into geometric points and then deleted. Only operating data (routes, completed tasks, status and faults) goes to the PUDU cloud, no personal data. We provide the declaration with the quote.
Yes. With PUDU Cloud Veil the data runs locally or on your private cloud and does not pass through PUDU servers: no data leakage at source and full control over the information, as required in environments with high confidentiality requirements. To connect the robot to your systems there is the PUDU Cloud Open API. We define the configuration and functions available for your model in the quote.
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy, verified by the certification body DNV. Data is encrypted and stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised personnel and a dedicated department oversees information security. Vulnerabilities are reported through an official channel. On the robot, settings and working modes are password-protected and the software is updated remotely.
Yes, every robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity, which we hand over with the robot together with the standards applied.
