The WP 85 lifts, moves and picks up reels, boxes and cartons up to 85 kg. Quiet and easy to manoeuvre, it has 3 mast heights and 500 or 650 mm legs; many tools fit on the carriage, from the platform to the drum gripper. The Edmolift WP 85 is a battery electric work positioner, used as a reel lifter and drum lifter.

Up to 85 kg, with the load’s centre of gravity 400 mm from the mast. The stroke is 1220, 1600 or 2050 mm depending on the mast (S, M or L). If the load reaches 125 kg or you need electric grippers, there is the WP 125; if 65 kg and a 1600 mm stroke are enough, the WP 65.

The 2 standard AGM batteries (24 V – 9 Ah) charge to 100% in 7.5 hours with the external charger; the trolley must not be used while charging. On request there are lithium batteries (WPR-O-0004), which charge faster, or a removable battery pack with charging station (WPR-O-0039) and extra packs to swap.

Yes: platforms, forks, booms, reel and drum grippers and the crane arm are fixed to the tool carriage with M6 screws. With the WPR-A-0001-SS quick change you swap them in a few seconds, on your own, without unscrewing them; to line up the load without moving the trolley there is the ±200 mm lateral translator (WPR-A-0006).

There are two bases: standard legs 500 or 650 mm long and 486 mm wide, or central legs 500 mm long with a narrow 146 mm base, which let you get closer to benches and shelves.

It is pushed by hand using the ErgoControl handle, with Ø 125 mm rear wheels with brakes; a central brake is available on request (WPR-O-0021). With a load it must be moved slowly and in the low position, on a level floor: the maximum slope is 5% fully loaded and 15% unloaded.

A work positioner: the battery-powered electric lifter that lifts, carries and positions the part at the push of a button, with the right tool for the load: platform, forks, boom, gripper or crane arm. Capacities range from 55 to 285 kg.

With a work positioner and the right tool: the boom goes into the core of the reel, the gripper clamps it from the outside, and there is also an electric gripper that turns it through 90°. For drums there is the manual front tilting gripper, which lifts and tilts them with a handwheel.

Yes, in the stainless steel version: work positioner and tools in 304L stainless steel with IP 65 protection, from WP 55 to WP 285, for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Stainless units take tools in the SS version; the WP ONE comes in IP 44 steel only.

Overload protection stops lifting if the load is too heavy and the anti-crush system stops lowering if it meets an obstacle; there is also a reinforced toothed belt, shielded moving parts, soft start and stop and an emergency stop on the control unit. It must not be used to lift people.

Every 6 months the belt, fixing screws and batteries are checked; once a year the mechanical and electrical parts, by authorised staff. Charge the battery at least once or twice a week, even with occasional use, and every 6 months if the work positioner is not used.
