GF-G profile with C10 slot: Ø 43 mm pipe with slot for T-nuts and accessories
The GF-G Ø 43 mm pipe with a 10 mm slot: with T-nuts you fix panels, brackets, hooks and screw-on accessories, and with the dedicated kit you connect it to SF square profiles. It is as stiff as the standard GF-G: over a 1000 mm span it takes up to 972 N at mid-span with 5 mm of deflection.
Why choose it
Screw fixings anywhere
With T-nuts in the slot you mount panels, brackets and accessories in any position you want.
As stiff as GF-G
Over 1000 mm it takes 875–972 N at mid-span, depending on how you orient the slot.
Bridge to SF profiles
The dedicated kit connects the C10 slotted pipe to SF square profiles.
In the Ø 43 series
End closed with the dedicated end cap and structure built with GF-G components.
Choose it if…
- On a Ø 43 structure you need to fix panels or screw-on accessories.
- You want to connect the pipe system to SF square profiles.
- You need a slot without giving up the stiffness of Ø 43.
Choose another solution if…
- You do not need the slot: the standard GF-G is lighter: GF-G profile →
- A C10 slot on a Ø 28 pipe is enough: GF-N profile with C10 slot →
- You need more stiffness on the cross members: GF-G W profile →

Application example
The slotted GF-G is used for rigid structures that carry accessories:
- Panels and guards fixed with T-nuts
- Mixed structures with SF square profiles
- Equipped uprights with adjustable brackets and supports
What you complete it with
For the slot fixings we specify T-nuts and screws in the component list.
How you use it
Slot, T-nuts and SF profiles:
Orient the slot
With the slot on the side it takes 972 N at mid-span over 1000 mm, with the slot underneath 875 N.
T-nut
Insert the T-nut into the slot and fix the component with a screw: you move it whenever you like.
SF profiles
With the GF-SF kit you connect the pipe to square-profile structures.
Tell us what you need to fix and where: we will propose profiles, fixings and quantities.
The LeanProducts service
From drawing to finished structure, with a single point of contact:
Design and load calculation
We start from your sketch or dimensions: we choose profiles and connectors and check spans, joints and loads.
Cut to length
We cut the profiles in our workshop to the lengths in the design, ready to assemble.
Kit or assembled structure
You receive the kit with the cut parts and the list of components, or the structure already assembled.
Spare parts and modifications
When the process changes we supply components and new cuts to modify or extend the structure.
Send us a sketch, a photo or the overall dimensions: we will reply with codes, quantities and cut lengths.

Loads concentrated at the centre of a pipe fixed at both ends with connectors, span measured between the uprights: in a structure, joints and supports also count, and we carry out the full check on the design.

With a T-nut: slide it into the slot, position the component and tighten the screw. You can move it along the profile whenever you like, without drilling.
Yes, with the GF-G C10 connector kit for SF profile (GFA-609): it joins the slotted pipe to the square profiles of the SF series.
Only slightly: over a 1000 mm span, with the load at mid-span and 5 mm of deflection, it takes 972 N with the slot on the side and 875 N with the slot underneath. The standard GF-G takes 851 N.
The slot is the same 10 mm, the pipe is not: the GF-G C10 is Ø 43, weighs 0.98 kg/m and over 1000 mm takes 875–972 N at mid-span; the GF-N C10 is Ø 28, weighs 0.68 kg/m and takes 200–334 N.
GF-G series connectors, tightened with an M8 screw. We will confirm the models suited to the slotted profile when we prepare the component list.
The dedicated inner end cap GFA-409, made for the slotted section. The standard GF-G end cap is not suitable for this profile.
The GF-G profile is the basic Ø 43 pipe. The one with C10 slot adds a slot for T-nuts and the connection to SF square profiles. The Hard has a thick wall, about twice the bending resistance, for joints that take impacts. The GF-G W joins two Ø 43 pipes and is the cross member for high loads; the P150 is a 193 mm high twin beam for large spans, work enclosures and gantries.
The GF-N Ø 28 is the standard for workstations, flow racks and trolleys. The GF-S Ø 19 weighs about half as much (0.20 kg/m versus 0.37) and is for light frames, dividers, guards and small mechanisms. The GF-G Ø 43 is for uprights and cross members that have to carry a lot: over a 1000 mm span it supports 851 N at the centre versus 195 N for the GF-N, for the same deflection. It is often worth mixing them, for example GF-G uprights and GF-N cross members joined by mixed connectors.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
