Spring mount version 2 GF-N/G
It is version 2 of the spring mount: it clamps onto the pipe with a bolt and carries at the top a stainless steel eyelet with a Ø 3 mm hole, where you hook the return spring or pass a Ø 2 mm cable. It is taller and wider than the first version. It fits on the GF-N Ø 28 pipe and also on the GF-G Ø 43 pipe. This is a discontinued item that we sell while stocks last.
Why choose it
Spring or cable
In the Ø 3 mm hole you hook the spring or pass a Ø 2 mm cable.
Two diameters
Fits on the Ø 28 pipe and the Ø 43 pipe.
Repositionable
Loosen the bolt and reposition it along the pipe.

Application example
Clamps onto the pipe and acts as a fixed point for the spring or cable.
- Return springs for karakuri flaps and stops
- Redirecting or anchoring Ø 2 mm cables
- Return of levers and arms

This one is taller and wider (46 mm and 15.5 mm versus 37.5 mm and 12 mm) and has a Ø 3 mm hole through which a Ø 2 mm cable can also pass. It weighs 26 g versus 24 g. Mounting on the pipe is the same.
This item is no longer in production and we sell it while stocks last. When they run out we will suggest the alternative: tell us which spring or cable you use and which pipe you hook it onto, and we will tell you which component to use instead.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
