Why choose it
Installs without building work
With VSLAM+ it creates the site map on its own: no tapes, magnets, QR codes or reflectors. When the layout changes you update the map, not the floor.
One base, several configurations
Load deck, tray frame, towing of the carts you already have, roller conveyor for automatic lines, lifting version: choose the right one for each flow.
Safe around people
ISO 3691-4 certified, with CE-MD and CE-RED issued by TÜV SÜD. 360° LiDAR, depth cameras, anti-collision bumper and emergency stop.
You call it when needed
From the PUDU Pager at the workstation, from the touchscreen, from the PUDU Link app or automatically from the WMS and MES: the robot arrives, loads and sets off again.
Choose it if…
- Every day you move crates, KLTs, parcels, semi-finished goods or samples up to 300 kg between warehouse, lines and departments.
- You have narrow corridors, 60 cm wide, and thresholds up to 20 mm.
- You want to call the robot from the workstation or have it start automatically from the management system.
- You need a modular base: trays, towing of existing carts, roller conveyor, lifting.
- The robot will work alongside operators: you need ISO 3691-4 certification.
Choose another solution if…
- You want the robot to pick up and drop off carts or racks on its own, without an operator: Pudu T300L Robot with Lifting Module →
- Loads exceed 300 kg, up to 600 kg: Pudu T600 →
- You need to lift existing shelves and carts from underneath, up to 600 kg: Pudu T600 Underride →
- You need to move pallets on the floor up to 2,000 kg: Pudu MP2000 →

Where it works
The T300 connects warehouse, lines and departments with the repetitive transport runs that people do today with carts and pallet trucks:
- Manufacturing: line-side supply, semi-finished goods between machining, assembly and testing, finished products at the end of the line, samples to quality control. Typical sectors: electronics, automotive components, metalworking, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food
- Warehouses and logistics: “order-to-person” order picking integrated with the WMS, with the robot bringing the containers to the picker
- Healthcare: supplies, linen, meals and waste between wards and floors, with connected elevators
- Hotels: luggage, linen and supplies, also by towing the carts you already have
- Retail and transport: replenishing large stores from the warehouse, luggage and supplies in stations and airports
In “order-to-person” order picking you can reach 2–3 times the orders fulfilled per day, with picks up to 200% more productive (UPH), 99.95% accuracy and commissioning in less than a week, with no changes to the warehouse.

Pudu T300 in follow mode
Three working modes
Automatic delivery
You assign the mission from screen, app, Pager or management system and the T300 carries the load to one or more destinations, choosing the route.
Follow
With visual recognition several robots line up and follow each other in order: useful for preparing materials and for transporting mixed goods.
Power-assisted push
When manual intervention is needed, or to create the map, the motor assists the push: you can move it by hand even at full load.
The T300 also patrols along a route and works around the clock, 24 hours a day, with automatic charging or battery swapping.
One base, several configurations
Standard
Load deck for boxes, containers and parcels up to 300 kg.
Tray frame
620 × 500 mm deck, up to 100 kg per shelf, heights adjustable in 50 mm steps, tool-free fitting in about 10 minutes: more deliveries in one round.
View product →Towing
Manual coupling and automatic release on arrival: it tows the carts you already have, up to 400 kg, without modifying them.
View product →Lifting (T300L)
It slides under the rack, lifts it and sets it down on its own: loading and unloading without an operator, up to 300 kg.
View product →There is also the roller conveyor module, with one or two 80 kg levels: it docks alongside roller conveyors with ±10 mm accuracy, transfers containers without an operator and signals pick-up and delivery to the PLC.
Technology and safety
VSLAM+ for large spaces
Visual and LiDAR navigation, with no infrastructure: ceilings up to 30 m and maps up to 200,000 m². It installs up to 70% faster than a traditional AGV.
360° safety
360° LiDAR, front camera, RGBD depth camera, VSLAM camera, anti-collision bumper and stop buttons: it also sees low or overhanging obstacles and slows down or stops.
Coordinated fleet
PUDU Scheduler coordinates up to 20 robots in the same environment and automatically reroutes them when there is traffic.
Signals for people working nearby
Arrows and “traffic-light” lights show where it will go, the high-brightness indicator is visible from afar and acoustic warnings complete the picture.
Positioning accuracy ±10 mm and ±1°: it docks precisely with roller conveyors and workstations.
How it is called and controlled
Four ways to send it where it is needed, also combined:
Touchscreen and press-to-go
On the 10.1" touchscreen you choose the destination; once loading is finished press the press-to-go button and the robot sets off.
PUDU Pager
The operator presses the button and the robot comes to the workstation. Wireless LoRa network, up to 720 m between pager and gateway; battery lasting 0.8 to 1.2 years.
View product →PUDU Link app
Call and track the robot from your smartphone, even when you are away from the workstation.
Automatically from the management system
When the WMS or MES records a requirement, it launches the mission via API, with priority and queueing if the robot is busy.
For the PUDU Watch (4G watch with NFC card that alerts on departure and arrival) we confirm compatibility with the T300 for you.
Elevators, doors and automatic lines
The T300 connects to the building and the installation with the PUDU modules:
Elevators
With the LoRa elevator kit it calls the elevator and changes floors without accessing the installation’s internal systems. It is installed by the elevator maintenance company; a data SIM is needed.
View product →Automatic doors and turnstiles
The 2-relay Bluetooth gateway module opens doors and passages as the robot passes, with minor changes to the existing installation.
View product →Roller conveyors and PLC
With the roller conveyor module the robot loads and unloads from lines and machines and exchanges pick-up and delivery signals with the PLC.
View product →Expansion ports
On board there is a peripheral interface, external power sockets, USB ports and a Bluetooth speaker.
We check the make, model and year of elevators and doors during the site survey, before the quote.
PUDU OS: the software that lets the T300 work on its own
PUDU OS is the operating system of PUDU robots: maps, navigation, route planning, updates and data. In practice:
Maps and navigation
You create the map once, by pushing the robot along the routes, and define loading and unloading points. When the layout changes you update the map; the robot recalculates its route around obstacles.
Fleet, PUDU Link and PUDU Pager
PUDU Scheduler coordinates up to 20 robots per site. Calls from PUDU Pager, app or API reach the same system; with PUDU Link you control and update all your PUDU robots remotely.
PUDU Open Platform API
With the Cloud API (or the Private Cloud API for private installations) your WMS, MES or ERP sends missions and receives status, position and errors in real time via callbacks, plus the history of missions, charging and faults.
PUDU Skill
A package for AI coding tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs: whoever develops the integration with your systems writes it faster.
A single PUDU ecosystem for cleaning, delivery and logistics: same app, same reports. API access goes through the distributor: we activate it.
Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
It comes with a GDPR compliance declaration signed by the manufacturer. It does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces: cameras and sensors are used only to find its way and avoid obstacles. Only operating data goes to the cloud: routes, activities, status and faults.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The T300 has CE certification (Machinery Directive and RED Directive) issued by TÜV SÜD, to EN ISO 3691-4 and EN 1175. The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.

An AGV follows fixed paths (magnetic tape, wires or markers) and stops in front of an obstacle. An AMR like the T300 maps the environment, plans its own route and drives around obstacles: it is installed without floor works and reprogrammed in minutes when the layout changes.
Introducing the PUDU T300 in your warehouse brings measurable benefits, including:
Productivity up to 200% higher: it drastically cuts the time operators spend walking, increasing units picked per hour (UPH).
Lower operating costs: it minimizes low-value manual work and optimizes staff deployment.
Greater safety: it eliminates the risks of manually handling heavy loads and reduces pedestrian traffic.
Flexibility and scalability: the robot fleet can easily be expanded or reconfigured to adapt to layout changes or work peaks.
Up to 300 kg on the loading deck, through 60 cm gaps. With the towing device it pulls your existing carts up to 400 kg; the T300L drives under carts and racks and lifts them by 60 mm.
It measures 835 × 500 × 1350 mm and weighs 65 kg (81 kg the lifting version); it passes through 60 cm gaps.
Up to 12 hours without load and about 8 hours fully loaded. Charging from 0 to 90% takes 2 hours; with the automatic station or a spare battery it works across several shifts.
Yes. It complies with ISO 3691-4 for driverless industrial trucks: 360° LiDAR, depth cameras, collision sensors and emergency stop buttons. It detects people and obstacles, including low or overhanging ones, slows down or stops, and respects yellow safety lines on the floor.
No: the T300 finds its way with cameras and LiDAR, without tape or magnets. Markers are optional, for very repetitive environments. Elevators and automatic doors connect through PUDU IoT modules.
In four ways: with the one-button pager, from the touchscreen or the press-to-go button on the robot, from the Pudu Link app on a smartphone, or automatically from your system via API. Calls sent via API can have a priority and, if the robot is busy, they are queued until it is free.
Yes. The LoRa elevator kit lets the robot call the elevator and change floor without interfering with the elevator’s internal systems; it is installed by the maintenance company and requires a data SIM. For automatic doors and turnstiles there is the 2-relay Bluetooth gateway module.
A network connection is needed for the app, calls from your systems, the APIs and coordinating several robots. During the analysis we check coverage along the routes and at loading and unloading points with you.
Yes: with the PUDU Open Platform your WMS, MES or ERP calls the robots, sends missions and receives mission status, position and errors in real time (callbacks); multi-stop lifting missions and historical data on missions, charging and faults are also available. API keys are obtained through the distributor: we activate them and support your integrator; PUDU provides code samples in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go and C#.
Yes, it has a flexible modular structure that allows different accessories to be fitted on top, such as the towing device or the frame with two trays.
Yes, with the T series towing device: the robot recognises the cart, hitching is manual and unhitching automatic on arrival, with no modifications to the cart. It tows up to 400 kg on resin floors, with a 200 kg counterweight; when towing it travels at 0.8 m/s, climbs thresholds up to 5 mm and works about 6 hours at full load. If you want it to pick up and drop off the load without an operator, consider the T300L with lifting or the T600 Underride.
Yes, with the T series roller conveyor module, with one or two levels of 80 kg each. It docks alongside the conveyor with an accuracy of ±10 mm and ±1°, transfers containers without an operator and notifies the PLC of pick-up and delivery: from person to line, between two lines or from line to person. Adjustable width from 120 to 540 mm, depth 650 mm; with the roller conveyor the robot requires 75 cm of passage.
The T300 carries up to 300 kg on its deck, on the tray frame, when towing or with the roller conveyor, and fits through 60 cm. The T300L is the version with lifting: it slides under dedicated racks and carts and loads and unloads them on its own, again up to 300 kg. The T600 carries up to 600 kg, needs 70 cm corridors and thresholds up to 10 mm and adds VDA 5050 for mixed fleets, floor projection and the emergency module. For pallets up to 2,000 kg there is the MP2000.
The map is created by moving the robot along the routes in power-assist mode, then loading and unloading points are defined: no floor works are needed. Timing depends on the area and the number of points; for order picking PUDU states less than a week.
It depends on trips per hour, distances, loads and loading and unloading times: we calculate it with you during the analysis. You can start with one robot and add more: the PUDU Scheduler coordinates up to 20 robots on the same site.
LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, handles flow analysis, installation, mapping and operator training. On request we arrange a demo at your site.
LeanProducts provides direct support throughout Italy through its own technicians. Types of support offered:
- phone support and remote access for questions or analysis;
- on-site repair or, preferably, shipment to our premises;
- specific training so you can work independently.
The price depends on the configuration (trays, lifting, towing, charging station) and on analysis, mapping and start-up services: request a quote and we will send you a tailored proposal.
Yes. The manufacturer has signed a GDPR compliance declaration for T300, T600, PuduBot 2, KettyBot Pro and BellaBot Pro. The robot does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces. The depth sensors are used to plan the route: the data is continuously overwritten and is neither saved nor sent to the cloud. The ceiling-facing VSLAM camera is used only for localisation: the images are converted on the robot into geometric points and then deleted. Only operating data (routes, completed tasks, status and faults) goes to the PUDU cloud, no personal data. We provide the declaration with the quote.
Yes. With PUDU Cloud Veil the data runs locally or on your private cloud and does not pass through PUDU servers: no data leakage at source and full control over the information, as required in environments with high confidentiality requirements. To connect the robot to your systems there is the PUDU Cloud Open API. We define the configuration and functions available for your model in the quote.
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy, verified by the certification body DNV. Data is encrypted and stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised personnel and a dedicated department oversees information security. Vulnerabilities are reported through an official channel. On the robot, settings and working modes are password-protected and the software is updated remotely.
Yes, every robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. The T300 has CE certification (Machinery Directive and RED Directive) issued by TÜV SÜD, according to EN ISO 3691-4 (driverless industrial trucks) and EN 1175 (electrical safety of industrial trucks). The T600 series complies with ISO 3691-4. For the MP2000 we provide the declaration and the standards applied with the quote.
